Rick Stein's Cornwall
Season 1 · Episode 14
Rick explores the rich and diverse history of West Penwith, the farthest point west in mainland Britain. He visits Lamorna Cove, made famous through song and art, and the Unesco-protected tin and copper mining area of Botallack, where he talks to a mining explorer. The chef also follows an ancient track in search of Cornwall's oldest building and reveals how, as a young lad on the Lizard Peninsula, he fell in love for the first time and tasted his first French fish stew - known as a bouillabaisse
