He and his team have just 24 hours to clean and remodel the dated interior at a seaside Mediterranean taverna that fuses Greek and Italian heritage, and refresh the menu, working around the clock with Vasi's staff, who must learn how to work together to prepare the new dishes. The customers are then invited to return the next day, assess the changes and pass judgment
