English-born Tom and his Floridian wife Kaitlyn have only seen a handful of properties, so balancing his desire for a vegetable garden with her American dream of a big open-plan living space proves a difficult balance for Kirstie. Phil helps Pete and Georgie, who moved into a studio flat right before the lockdown in spring 2020 and are desperate for more space. Wanting to start a family, they're after something to grow into, but Pete is conscious of value for money
