In the heart of the West Midlands, Nick Knowles and local volunteers help a Dudley family whose three children have a genetic learning disorder. The Whitehouses tried to add an extension to their house, but after living in a building site for a year it had become too much. The build has to be completed in just nine days, and plummeting sub-zero temperatures make the task even more daunting
