Alan Carr: My Best Bits & More

Millions of viewers were hooked by the intrigue of The Celebrity Traitors in 2025, but it was the series winner Alan Carr who the nation took its heart. In this programme, the comedian tells his own story through interviews and autobiographical testimony given across his 25-year career in British comedy. From an awkward childhood in Northampton, to dead-end jobs in call centres, to finding his fledgling comic voice in the Manchester comedy scene of the 1990s and then ultimately on to stardom. Featuring recollections from Jonathan Ross, Rob Beckett, Shaparak Khorsandi, Sally Lindsay and Tamzin Outhwaite
