The Repair Shop
Season 15 · Episode 1
John from Holywell brings in a detailed working model of a Welsh coal mine, built by his miner grandfather more than 100 years ago. It's up to horologist Steve Fletcher to fix the mechanism while art conservator Lucia Scalisi restores its painted surfaces. The rest of the team get to work on a tattered Victorian writing box once owned by a trailblazing female journalist, a treasured 75-year-old doll and an extraordinary piece of British engineering history - the original 1930s design for the Humber Bridge
