Two sets of house-hunters look for properties in north London. Kirstie Allsopp is with single mum and businesswoman Digi, who has £1.25million to find the perfect place for her, daughter Emily and mum Queelan. However, it soon proves a challenge to find the family home that suits all their needs. Phil Spencer helps Rebecca and Sohail, who have raised their family in rented accommodation and now want a place of their own now. The problem is finding a place they will love when their rental is worth at least £200,000 more than their budget to buy
