About The Sting
Aspiring con-man Johnny Hooker teams up with old pro Henry Gondorff to swindle mobster Doyle Lonnegan out of a fortune in revenge for the murder of a mutual friend. Enlisting the help of a host of crooks, they quickly conjure up a brilliant elaborate scheme to make him pay for his crime without him even knowing it. However, as their big con unfolds, things don't go according to plan, requiring some last-minute improvisation by the undaunted duo.
