About Khartoum
Fact-based historical adventure about the final years of British general Charles Gordon. The officer is sent to aid Egyptian forces in 1884, as they crumble under attack from Sudanese warriors. When it becomes clear a truce is out of the question, the military strategist is shocked by the governments's reluctance to send more troops - prompting him to make a series of bold manoeuvres.
