About The Patriot
Retired soldier Benjamin Martin, who turned his back on the military to become a farmer in South Carolina, takes up arms once more to avenge the unprovoked murder of his son at the hands of the British during the American War of Independence. As he seeks vengeance, he finds himself up against a sadistic officer wreaking havoc in the surrounding area.
