Si King and Dave Myers set out to discover why French chickens have gained a reputation for being 'the poshest birds on the planet'. Beginning their quest in Lyon, the pair discover the origins of haute cuisine, before heading to a farm for an introduction to the famous poulet de Bresse. They also enjoy chicken dishes created by some of the country's finest chefs, and then head for Dave's new home in Northern France to prepare a feast for his neighbours. Finally, the boys arrive in Paris, where they cook an iconic French casserole, coq au vin, against the backdrop of the Eiffel Tower
