The naturalist gets up close and personal with crocodiles - one of nature's most fearsome predators - immersing himself in their world to reveal what makes them so deadly. He heads for the waterways of South Africa's Ndumo Game Reserve, home to the third largest population of Nile crocodiles. Entering wild crocodile-infested territory escorted by an armed safari guide, he crawls close to the crocs' kill zone so he can see these incredible creatures in the wild
Steve wants to see if legendary monster crocs can still thrive in the protected Ndumo Game Reserve in South Africa, but has heard that the protected sanctuary is under threat from people living around it. First, he comes face to face with a living legend, the world's oldest crocodile, Henry, who is more than 120 years old and an incredible five metres long. But can Steve find any crocodiles this size out in the wild?
