    On the day of Megan's funeral, the service is suddenly cancelled as the authorities want to carry out another post-mortem and rumours circulate that the police are now involved. The coroner's inquest concludes Megan died of natural causes and there is no mention of a brain tumour, but some of Megan's closest friends are baffled. If Megan wasn't ill, why did she show symptoms and why was she taking such enormous quantities of medication?
