About Le Mans '66
Racing car driver and engineer Carroll Shelby is lured out of retirement during the 1960s, in a period where the sport is dominated by Italian companies. Ford Motors are hoping to revive their flagging fortunes by launching a racing division and securing a high-profile win at the prestigious Le Mans 24-hour race.
