  Derek Brockway, visits Usk for a stunning 10-mile circular walk which starts and ends at Usk Castle. Along the way, he sees the landscape from above as he hitches a ride in a glider, learns about an ancient orchard, visits some community allotments and helps local youngsters plant sunflowers.
