Jason Biggs (Actor) .. Jim Levenstein
Born: May 12, 1978 in Pompton Plains, New Jersey
Best Known For: The American Pie movies.
Early-life: Jason Matthew Biggs was born in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, on May 12, 1978. His mother is a nurse and his father is a shipping company manager. Jason began acting at the age of five, appearing in a number of commercials.
Career: At the age of 13, Biggs starred in short-lived sitcom Drexell's Class and made his Broadway debut opposite Judd Hirsch in Conversations with My Father. He went on to star in daytime soap opera As the World Turns. His big break came in 1999 when he landed the lead role in teen comedy American Pie (1999). He went on to star in three hugely successful American Pie sequels. Other films include Boys and Girls (2000), Loser (2000), Prozac Nation (2001), Anything Else (2003) and My Best Friend's Girl (2008). On the small screen, he has appeared in Frazier, Will & Grace, Mad Love, The Good Wife, and Orange Is the New Black, a Netflix original drama. He also provides the voice of Leonardo in an animated version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Alyson Hannigan (Actor) .. Michelle
Born: March 24, 1974 in Washington DC
Best Known For: Buffy the Vampire Slayer, the American Pie movies and How I Met Your Mother.
Early-life: Allison (later changed to Alyson) Lee Hannigan was born in Washington DC on March 24, 1974. She acted in commercials from the age of four and moved with her family to Los Angeles at the age of 11 with the hope of breaking into movies. She went to North Hollywood High School and later studied psychology at California State University.
Career: Hannigan got her big break as Dan Aykroyd's daughter in 1988 comedy My Stepmother Is an Alien. One of her co-stars was Seth Green who also featured alongside her in the sitcom Free Spirit. She then made appearances in US shows Picket Fences, Touched by an Angel and Roseanne. In 1997, she was cast as Willow Rosenberg in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, a TV series based on a 1992 movie flop. It became one of the most popular US shows for years, again featuring Green as Oz, her werewolf boyfriend. Hannigan achieved big-screen success as the seemingly naive Michelle Flaherty in the American Pie films, made her West End stage debut in 2004, starring in Nora Ephron's When Harry Met Sally, opposite Luke Perry, and starred in the sitcom How I Met Your Mother between 2005 and 2014.

Chris Klein (Actor) .. Oz
Born: March 14, 1979 in Hinsdale, Illinois
Best Known For: The American Pie films.
Early-life: Frederick Christopher Klein was born in Hinsdale, Illinois, on March 14, 1979 to Terese and Fred. He has an older sister and a younger brother. His family moved to Omaha, Nebraska, when he was 13. An accomplished athlete - he played American football for his high school team and his first major acting role was as a football player in Election (1999).
Career: Klein achieved worldwide recognition for his second film when he played Chris 'Oz' Ostreicher in the hugely popular American Pie (1999). He reprised the role in American Pie 2 (2001) and American Reunion (2012). His other film credits include Rollerball (2002), We Were Soldiers (2002), Just Friends (2005) and American Dreamz (2006). Since 2011, he has had a recurring role in TV comedy Wilfred.
Quote: 'When I started in the late nineties, it was all about young Hollywood. There were jobs for all of us if you were 18 to 21, were slightly good looking, or could be funny.'
Trivia: In 2010, after years of struggling with alcohol addiction, Klein checked into a rehab facility.

Best Known For: Playing Stifler in the American Pie movies.
Early-life: Seann was born in Cottage Grove, Minnesota on October 3, 1976 to Patricia and William. Seann was discovered at a talent competition in Los Angeles held by the International Modeling and Talent Association and he was flown to New York by ABC to test for daytime soap opera All My Children. He did not win a part on that show and he was still a virtual unknown when he landed his big break playing Steve Stifler in the hugely popular teen comedy American Pie (1999).
Career: The success of American Pie led to Scott being cast in a number of youth-orientated movies, including Road Trip (2000) and Dude, Where's My Car? (2000). He went on to have success with Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back (2001), Bulletproof Monk (2003), The Rundown (2003) and Role Models (2008) but a lot of his movies have underperformed at the box office, including The Dukes of Hazzard (2005), Mr Woodcock (2007), Southland Tales (2007) and Cop Out (2010). Throughout his career ups and downs, he has returned to the role that originally made him famous, playing Stifler in American Pie 2 (2001), American Wedding (2003) and American Reunion (2012).

Mena Suvari (Actor) .. Heather
Born: February 09, 1979 in Newport, Rhode Island
Best Known For: American Beauty and American Pie.
Early-life: Mena Alexandra Suvari was born in Newport, Rhode Island, on February 9, 1979 to nurse Candice and psychiatrist Ando. She has three older brothers. She claims her childhood home was haunted and that she saw various apparitions over the years, all of which were friendly. The family later moved to Charleston, and Mena dreamed of becoming a doctor or an archaeologist - until she was snapped up by a modelling agency at the age of 12.
Career: After years of taking their daughter to modelling jobs along the East Coast, Suvari's parents relocated to California, where her acting career began. She started out in commercials, then began landing roles in TV series such as ER and Chicago Hope. She continued in small parts until 1999's American Pie made her a star. Suvari followed it with American Beauty, for which she was nominated for a Bafta. Movies since include Loser (2000), American Pie 2 (2001), The Musketeer (2001), Trauma (2004), Rumor Has It (2005), Factory Girl (2006), Brooklyn Rules (2007) and American Reunion (2012). Her TV credits include Psych, American Horror Story: Murder House and Chicago Fire.

Eugene Levy (Actor) .. Jim's dad
Born: December 17, 1946 in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
Best Known For: Playing Jim's Dad in the American Pie movies.
Early-life: Born in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, on December 17, 1946, Eugene attended McMaster University in Ontario, where he was vice-president of a student film group.
Career: In 1983, Levy was part of the cast of Canadian sketch comedy Second City Television, where he won two Emmy Awards for writing. He established his credentials as a comedy character actor in a number of films before his big break came in 1999, when he was cast as Jim's Dad in American Pie. He is the only actor to have appeared in all eight of the American Pie films. He has also starred in Best of Show (2000), A Mighty Wind (2004), Cheaper by the Dozen 2 (2005), For Your Consideration (2006), and Goon (2011).
Quote: 'At the end of the day, even if my part is a bit goofy, the key thing is that I'm doing what I love to do, and that's to make people laugh.'
Trivia: Levy has won a number of Canadian Comedy Awards, and in 2004 he was awarded a Grammy for his work on A Mighty Wind.
