In a back-to-back elimination challenge, the seven remaining teams have nine hours to replicate a real object that they have chosen from a boulangerie. The holders of the Big Brick have 30 seconds ahead of everyone else to choose their item. After one hour of building, the teams are given the rare opportunity to swap their chosen object if they want to. Featuring guest judge Sophie Monk
