Jason Durr (Actor) .. PC Mike Bradley

Born: December 02, 1967 in Singapore

Best Known For: Playing Mike Bradley in Heartbeat and David Hide in Casualty.

Early-life: Born on December 2, 1967 in Singapore and raised in Hong Kong. Jason trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art before attending the Royal Shakespeare Company. Here, he worked with director Trevor Nunn in Measure for Measure and The Blue Angel and with director Adrian Noble in Macbeth.

Career: Since his days with the Royal Shakespeare Company, Durr has made a number of TV appearances in such shows as Inspector Morse and A Dark Adapted Eye and in television films like Gawain and the Green Knight (1991) and Sharpe's Battle (1995). He landed the role of policeman Mike Bradley in the TV series Heartbeat in 1997 and played the character until 2003. His other TV credits include Above Suspicion, Lewis and New Tricks. Durr also played the lead role in Down Dog (2014). More recently, he has played David Hide in Casualty.

Best Known For: Yes, Minister, Yes, Prime Minister and Heartbeat.

Early-life: Born in London on September 2, 1937, Derek left school at 15 and worked in a factory as an apprentice painter. It was during his national service that he was encouraged to take up acting. He went on to win a scholarship and grant for Rada.

Career: Fowlds made his stage debut in the West End in The Miracle Worker and continued to win stage work and small roles in films before he became known to millions as Mr Derek in children's series The Basil Brush Show, which ran from 1969 to 1973. His big break came in 1980 when he landed the role of Bernard Woolley in BBC sitcom Yes, Minister and its sequel Yes, Prime Minister. He went on to play Oscar Blaketon in long-running ITV police drama Heartbeat from 1992 until 2010.

Trivia: He married Blue Peter presenter Lesley Judd in 1974. They divorced four years later.

Fiona Dolman (Actor) .. Jackie Bradley

Born: January 01, 1970 in Findhorn, Moray

Best Known For: The Royal Today, Heartbeat and Midsomer Murders.

Early-life: Fiona Jane Dolman was born in Findhorn, Moray, on January 1, 1970 to Rosemary and Gordon. She is the youngest daughter of four children. Her father worked in the RAF and he moved his family to Gibraltar when Fiona was 15. In 1993, she made her TV acting debut in Crime Story.

Career: Roles followed for Dolman on the small screen in Strike Force, A Touch of Frost, The Knock and Ultraviolet. In 1998, she joined the cast of Heartbeat playing Jackie Lambert. She went on to have a recurring role in The Royal Today. In 2011, she began playing Sarah Barnaby alongside Neil Dudgeon in Midsomer Murders.

Quote: On working with the Barnaby's dog on Midsomer Murders: 'We have sausages strapped to bags and in pockets so the dog follows you around.'

Trivia: At the age of 16 and 17 years, Dolman won awards at the Gibraltar RAF ladies windsurfing championships.

Best Known For: Winning the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay in 2002 for Gosford Park and creating Downton Abbey.

Early-life: Julian Alexander Kitchener-Fellowes was born in Cairo on August 17, 1949. He is the youngest son of Peregrine Fellowes (a diplomat) and his first wife, Olwen. Peregrine purchased the title of Lord of the Manor of Tattershall from the previous Lord of the Manor, making Julian the fourth person to hold it. Julian was educated at Ampleforth College; Magdalene College, Cambridge, and the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art.

Career: He completed his training in repertory theatre before making his West End acting début in A Touch of Spring by Sam Taylor at the Comedy Theatre. He has also played the Criterion, the Gielgud, the Vaudeville and the National Theatre. As an actor, he is probably best known for his portrayal of the incorrigible Lord Kilwillie in the popular series Monarch of the Glen. Other acting credits include Our Friends in The North, and Sharpe, alongside plenty of cinema hits. As a TV writer, he is responsible for creating scripts for Little Lord Fauntleroy, which won an International Emmy, and Bafta-nominated The Prince and the Pauper, which he also produced. Since his Oscar success with Gosford Park, he has written a novel called Snobs, and penned the scripts for West End musical Mary Poppins, the films Vanity Fair and Young Victoria, and the TV sensation Downton Abbey. He took up a seat in the House of Lords in 2011.

Trivia: Married Emma Joy Kitchener, lady-in-waiting to Princess Michael of Kent, in 1990. He proposed 20 minutes after meeting her. They have one son.

Jim Sturgess (Actor) .. Robert

Born: May 16, 1978 in London

Best Known For: Across the Universe and One Day.

Early-life: James Anthony Sturgess was born in London on May 16, 1978, but grew up in Farnham, Surrey. His first taste of acting came at the age of eight when he auditioned for a local theatre group. His main interest, however, was music and he started his first band when he was 15. He went on to study media performance at Salford University and it was here that he began to seriously consider acting as a career. He began making short films and wrote and performed a one-man show, which led to him being signed by an agent.

Career: Sturgess moved to London in 2000 and joined the band Called Saint Faith. He took small acting roles to fund his musical adventures. His big break came in 2007 when he won a leading role in Julie Taymor's musical film Across the Universe. He followed this with parts in The Other Boleyn Girl (2008), 21 (2008), Crossing Over (2009), Heartless (2009) and The Way Back (2010). His breakthrough came in 2011 when he starred alongside Anne Hathaway in One Day. His recent work includes Cloud Atlas (2012) and Upside Down (2013).
