Early-life:
Jonnie was born in Leicestershire on November 18, 1973. He grew up on a small farm and he was a keen sportsman, playing rugby for Lutterworth RFC and Rugby Lions RFC. He went on to study Estate Management at Birmingham City University and worked for business transfer specialists Christie & Co.
Career:
In 2004, Irwin began co-presenting Channel 4's A Place in the Sun with Jasmine Harman. He has also presented Escape to the Country and To Buy or Not to Buy. In 2011, he had his own show on Sky1 called Dream Lives for Sale. More recently, he began presenting The Renovation Game.
