Career: Walsh's big TV break came in 1993, when he appeared on the Royal Variety Show. It led to a stint presenting the National Lottery, and he also hosted the game shows Wheel of Fortune and Win, Lose or Draw. After fearing his brand of light entertainment was becoming dated he moved into acting, taking parts in the TV version of Lock, Stock, the soap Night and Day and movie Mike Bassett: England Manager before Coronation Street's bosses created the role of Danny Baldwin for him in 2004. He stayed in Weatherfield for two years before leaving to pursue other projects. He's since appeared in Torn, The Old Curiosity Shop, The Sarah Jane Adventures, Law and Order: UK and SunTrap. He moved back into presenting in 2009 with ITV quiz show The Chase, and is a team captain on Play to the Whistle.

Career: In 1987, Ross and his friend Alan Marke devised a format inspired by Late Night with David Letterman, and after struggling to find a suitable host, Ross stepped in. The resulting show, The Last Resort with Jonathan Ross, made him a star. Other major projects include his chat shows Friday Night with Jonathan Ross and The Jonathan Ross Show, and his stint as the reviewer of the BBC's Film programme. He's also a massive comic book fan; his first foray into the genre, Turf, was published in 2010. But he's also hit the headlines for various controversies over the years, including the notorious Sachsgate, which involved a prank call made by him and Russell Brand to actor Andrew Sachs in 2008.

Career: As an MP, Currie rose to the rank of junior health minister in 1986 but she was forced to resign when comments she made about salmonella caused egg sales to drop by 60 per cent. In 1991, she became the first Conservative MP to appear on the panel show Have I Got News for You. After 14 years as an MP, she lost her parliamentary seat in the 1997 general election. Her diaries, published in 2002, revealed a four-year affair with John Major between 1984 and 1988. Away from politics, Currie was a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing in 2011. She was the first celebrity to be eliminated. In November 2014, she entered the jungle as a contestant on I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!

Career: During a wide and varied career, Bowman has travelled to Cambodia as part of BBC's series Saving Planet Earth, hosted the Scottish Baftas and co- presented Live Earth alongside Graham Norton and Jonathan Ross. She's as at home interviewing the likes of Liam Gallagher, Muse, Robbie Williams, Kylie and U2, to presenting BBC2's Rough Guide To The World, Channel 4's breakfast show RISE, and regular film specials for Channel 4 and ITV. She is the yearly host of the BBC's coverage of Glastonbury, Reading and Leeds festival, T In The Park, Radio 1's One Big Weekends and the Electric Proms.

Career: Eric has made numerous TV appearances in his capacity as an antiques expert, on programmes including Crimewatch UK, Selling the Family Silver, Going for a Song, The Great Antiques Hunt, The Antiques Inspectors, It's a Gift and You Can't Take It With You, as well as small appearances on shows like Jim Davidson's Generation Game, Countdown and the Jimmy Young Show on BBC Radio 2. However, he is perhaps best known for the Antiques Roadshow.
