Cameras return to Balham Park Surgery in south London as Dr Shah sets out to determine whether there is such a thing as '21st-century illnesses'. To answer his question, he meets Carrie, a young woman who believes she may be suffering from body dysmorphia, an anxiety disorder that causes people to develop a distorted view of how they look, and can leave those affected obsessively assessing their appearance in the mirror.
