Dr Claire Taylor is consulted by a partially sighted woman, Gohar, whose eyes were severely damaged by a chemical burn when she was a child. She is beginning to suffer from extreme pain in her one functioning eye, and fears it may be shutting down, leaving her completely blind. Meanwhile, receptionists Nana and Vicky's pens keep going missing, and fellow receptionist Adam is their prime suspect
