Early-life: Born Kevin George Knipfing in New York on April 26, 1965, Kevin is of German ancestry. He has a sister, Leslie, and a brother, comedian Gary Valentine. He attended Cortland University where he played on the American football team while majoring in sports management. He gave up his studies before graduating and returned home. He joined a community theatre and then attended his brother's improv comedy group.
Career: James began doing stand-up and it was on the comedy circuit that he met comedian and actor Ray Romano. He made guest appearances on Ray's sitcom, Everybody Loves Raymond, and this led to the development of his own sitcom, The King of Queens, which ran from 1998 to 2007. James made his big-screen debut in 2005 romantic comedy Hitch, alongside Will Smith. Since then he has appeared in a number of comedy films, including I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry (2007), Paul Blart: Mall Cop (2009), Grown Ups (2010), Zookeeper (2011), Here Comes the Boom (2012) and Grown Ups 2 (2013).

Early-life: Robert Cannavale was born in Union City, New Jersey, on May 3, 1970 to Isabel and Sal. His father is of Italian descent, while his mother is Cuban. At the age of eight, Bobby starred in his school's production of The Music Man. When his parents divorced, he moved with his mother to Puerto Rico and eventually settled in Florida. He returned to New Jersey after leaving high school.
Career: Cannavale made his film debut in Night Falls on Manhattan (1996). He had recurring roles on the small screen in Trinity, Third Watch, Ally McBeal and Kingpin. In 2005, he won an Emmy Award for his guest role on Will & Grace. Three years later, he won a Tony Award nomination for his role in the Broadway play Mauritius. In 2013, he won an Emmy Award for his work on Boardwalk Empire. He has also had a recurring role in Nurse Jackie. He starred opposite Sally Hawkins and Cate Blanchett in Woody Allen's acclaimed film Blue Jasmine (2013). His other film credits include Chef (2014), Annie (2014), Spy (2015), Danny Collins (2015), Ant-Man (2015) and Daddy's Home (2015). He plays the lead role in HBO drama Vinyl.
