Early-life: Ryan Thomas Gosling was born in London, Ontario, on November 12, 1980, the son of Thomas Ray, a travelling salesman, and Donna, a high school teacher. His parents divorced when he was a child and he and his sister, Mandi, lived with their mother. From an early age, Ryan and his sister sang together at weddings and he was involved in a local ballet company. At the age of 12, he moved to Orlando after successfully auditioning for a role as a mouseketeer in Disney Channel's Mickey Mouse Club. Fellow cast members included Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera.
Career: In 1995, Gosling returned to Canada and appeared in family TV series including Are You Afraid of the Dark, Goosebumps and Breaker High. At the age of 18, he moved to New Zealand to film adventure series Young Hercules. He made his film debut in Remember the Titans (2000) and secured his first lead role in The Believer (2001). His first taste of mainstream success was in The Notebook (2004). In a career that has seen him star in a number of box-office failures, he has had success with Blue Valentine (2010), Drive (2011), Crazy, Stupid, Love (2011), The Ides of March (2011), The Place Beyond the Pines (2012) and Gangster Squad (2013).

Early-life: Emily Olivia Leah Blunt was born in Roehampton on February 23, 1983 to Joanna and Oliver. She has a brother, Sebastian, and two sisters, Felicity and Suzanna. She studied drama for two years at Hurtwood House boarding school and it was while she was starring in a school play in August 2000 at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival that she was spotted by an agent. He helped her win a part opposite Judi Dench in Peter Hall's 2001 production of The Royal Family. A year later, she played Juliet in Romeo and Juliet at the Chichester Festival.
Career: Blunt made her TV debut in 2003 in Boudica, and in the same year, she starred on the small screen in two-part drama Henry VIII. She received praise for her performance in the critically acclaimed low-budget British film My Summer of Love and won a Golden Globe for her role in Stephen Poliakoff's TV drama Gideon's Daughter. Her rise to international prominence began in 2006 when she starred on the big screen opposite Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway in The Devil Wears Prada. Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Actor) .. Tom Ryder
Born: June 13, 1990 in High Wycombe
Best Known For: Nowhere Boy and the Kick Ass movies.
Early-life: Aaron Perry Johnson was born in High Wycombe on June 13, 1990 (he changed his name to Aaron Taylor-Johnson after marrying director Sam Taylor-Wood). He began acting on the stage at an early age, starring in The Thief Lord when he was just six. He made his TV debut in the 2001 BBC drama Armadillo and roles followed in the film Tom & Thomas (2002) and episodes of The Bill, Feather Boy and Casualty. Between 1996 and 2008, he also attended the Jackie Palmer Stage School in High Wycombe.
Career: Taylor-Johnson went on to star on the small screen in Talk to Me and Nearly Famous and in the movie Angus, Thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging (2008), but his big break came in 2009 when he played the lead role in John Lennon biopic Nowhere Boy, which was directed by his future wife, Sam Taylor-Wood. More recently, he has been cast in Albert Nobbs (2011), Kick-Ass (2010) and its 2013 sequel, Anna Karenina (2012), Savages (2012), Godzilla (2014) and Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015).

Hannah Waddingham (Actor) .. Gail Meyer
Best Known For: A successful stage career.
Early-life: Hannah was born in London in 1974 to opera singer Melodie Waddingham. Hannah knew that performing was the career for her after watching her mother in action at the London Coliseum. Hannah went on to study drama at the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts in London.
Career: Waddingham's stage credits include The Beautiful Game, Tonight's the Night, Lautrec, Saucy Jack and the Space Vixens and Grease. She was nominated for an Olivier Award for her portrayal of the Lady of the Lake in Spamalot, a role she went on to play on Broadway. Her other theatre credits include A Little Night Music, Into the Woods, The Wizard of Oz and Kiss Me, Kate. On TV, she has starred in Coupling, William and Mary, Doctors, Agatha Christie's Marple and Benidorm. Her film credits include How to Lose Friends & Alienate People (2008) and Les Miserables (2012).

Teresa Palmer (Actor) .. Iggy Star
Born: February 26, 1986 in Adelaide
Best Known For: A string of movies.
Early-life: Teresa Mary Palmer was born in Adelaide on February 26, 1986, the only child of Kevin and Paula. Her parents divorced when she was three. She was working in a clothing retailer when she was asked to appear in a student film, 2:37 (2006). The director had seen her head shot on an acting agency's website. The movie earned Teresa an Australian Film Institute Award nomination. A brief role in Wolf Creek (2005) followed.
Career: Palmer made her Hollywood debut in The Grudge 2 (2006). Since then, she has established herself as a movie actress in the likes of December Boys (2007), Bedtime Stories (2008), The Sorcerer's Apprentice (2010), I Am Number Four (2011), Wish You Were Here (2012), Warm Bodies (2013) and Love and Honor (2013).
Quote: "I was thrown in the deep end at 18 when I got cast in a movie that I didn't audition for. The director just sort of found me and put me in a film, so the decision was really made for me."
Trivia: In Australia, her father raised kangaroos.
