A fallen scrambler with head and neck injuries is precariously lodged at the edge of a waterfall for several hours and moving him threatens further problems. However, with the cold mountain water bringing him close to hypothermia, the team has little choice. On the other side of the Lakes, a local marathon brings its own challenges as temperatures soar towards 30 degrees Celsius
