James McAvoy (Actor) .. Simon
Born: April 21, 1979 in Port Glasgow
Best Known For: Shameless, X-Men: First Class and Wanted.
Early-life: Born in Port Glasgow on April 21, 1979, he is the son of a psychiatric nurse and a builder. His parents divorced when he was seven and he was brought up by his maternal grandparents in the Drumchapel area of Glasgow due to his mother's ill health. He has a sister and a younger half-brother. A visit to his school by actor David Hayman sparked an interest in acting, and Hayman offered him a part in his film The Near Room. James had already been accepted by the Royal Navy when he was also offered a place at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama (RSAMD). He selected the acting route and moved to London after graduating in 2000.
Career: McAvoy made guest appearances in a steady stream of TV shows (including The Bill, Band of Brothers, Foyle's War, State of Play and Early Doors) and movies until he caught the British public's imagination in 2004 playing Steve McBride in Shameless. A year later he became known to worldwide audiences for his role in The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Since then he has been much in demand and starred in The Last King of Scotland, Penelope, Becoming Jane, Atonement, Wanted, the X-Men franchise, Filth, Muppets Most Wanted and Trance. He has also voiced characters in Gnomeo & Juliet and Arthur Christmas. McAvoy is a big fan of Celtic FC.
Quote: "I always believed that I never wanted to be an actor. I only did it because I was allowed to do it and I had to do something."
Trivia: Wed Shameless co-star Anne-Marie Duff in 2006. They have a son, Brendan. McAvoy describes their quiet way of life as: "mundane, and I love it that way".
Rosario Dawson (Actor) .. Elizabeth

Best Known For: A string of independent and Hollywood films.
Early-life: Rosario was born in New York on May 9, 1979, and raised by her mother Isabel and stepfather Greg. Rosario has a half-brother, Clay. Isabel was 16 when she had Rosario and at the age of 21, she moved her family into an abandoned building on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, where she and her husband renovated an apartment. Rosario had her first taste in front of a camera as a child when she made an appearance on Sesame Street.
Career: As a teenager, Dawson starred in the controversial 1995 film Kids. Since then, she has performed in a wide range of films, including Men in Black II (2002), 25th Hour (2002), Alexander (2004), Sin City (2005), Rent (2005), Clerks II (2006), Death Proof (2007) and Seven Pounds (2008). More recently, she has starred in Percy Jackson & the Lightning Thief (2010), Unstoppable (2010), Trance (2013) and Gimme Shelter (2013) and Sin City: A Dame to Kill For (2014).
Quote: "When I see a woman who is all gaunt and emaciated, I don't think she's beautiful. She reminds me of a Chihuahua that's freezing and shaking."
Trivia: Away from acting, Rosario supports a number of charities, including Oxfam, Amnesty International and Save the Children.
Vincent Cassel (Actor) .. Franck
Born: November 23, 1966 in Paris
Best Known For: Playing Thomas Leroy in Black Swan.
Early-life: Born Vincent Crochon on November 23, 1966 to journalist Sabine Litique and French actor Jean-Pierre Cassel in Paris. His brother, Mathias Crochon, is a rapper known as Rockin' Squat. Cecile Cassel, his half-sister, is an actress. Vincent enrolled in a circus school at age 17 before going into TV and films.
Career: Cassel's breakthrough role was in the critically acclaimed film La Haine (1995). He then went on to appear in a number of French films, including L'Appartement (1996), Dobermann (1997) and Irreversible (2002). His performance as Jacques Mesrine, in the two-part film Mesrine (2008), earned him a number of awards. Cassel has also appeared in a number of English language films, including Ocean's Twelve (2004), Ocean's Thirteen (2007) and Black Swan (2010).

Trivia: He practices the Brazilian martial art, capoeira, which he demonstrated in Ocean's Twelve.
