Ben and Ambika kick off the competition in Hertfordshire with a south-east Asian menu. Their guests are Sinead from Northern Ireland and her prank-loving partner Tony, and competitive couple Kally and Mark. The lads bond over football, and by the end of the night Tony has played a prank or two setting the tone for the week. Subsequently, Kally and Mark put on an Anglo-Indian menu, but things soon get heated in the kitchen. Then, Tony and Sinead serve up an Irish menu, with silly dances, silly jokes and silly accents.
