The Royal Oak in the Peak District, run by Kadir Ustun, is the week's third location. Kadir prides himself on the warm welcome he provides, but mould in their respective bathrooms puts off two sets of guests straight away. Fortunately for Kadir, spirits are lifted after a day out caving at a local attraction - the interestingly named Devil's Arse. The next day, the B&Bers are divided over breakfast, with some raving about it while others are left disappointed
