Early-life: Born in 1976, in South London to a dancer and comedy writer Ray Cameron, McIntyre had a thoroughly middle-class upbringing that he describes as being entirely short of misery or material. He did his first open mic spot in 2001 having dropped out of a biology degree at Edinburgh University.
Career: Hailed as the best new stand-up to emerge in a decade, Michael has taken the comedy world by storm. He delivered electrifying sets on both We Are Not Amused (Prince Charles's 60th birthday celebrations on ITV1) and the Royal Variety Performance (BBC One), plus a stand-out performance as host on the first episode of BBC One's Live at the Apollo, leading to the Comedy Roadshow vehicle.
Quote: "Don't Man City and Man United sound a bit like gay clubs? 'Where you off to tonight? Man City? We're off to Man United. And a bit later we're off to the MEN Arena.'"
Trivia: His debut DVD release, Michael McIntyre Live & Laughing, became the fastest selling debut stand-up DVD of all time, selling more than 600,000 copies.

Best Known For: Blue Peter, The One Show and Countryfile.
Early-life: Matthew James Baker was born in Easington, County Durham, on December 23, 1977. He grew up on his family's sheep farm and developed a love of the countryside and animals. He was obsessed with gymnastics as a youngster and was told he had enough ability to compete at a high level but he was forced to give up the sport after being diagnosed with anaemia aged 14. He went on to study drama at Queen Margaret University College, Edinburgh.
Career: In the late 1990s, Baker toured around the north of England with a 1970s comedy disco-dancing revival show called Disco Inferno. He did freestyle routines with back flips and juggled wooden clubs. After finding out that Blue Peter were looking for a new presenter, he sent the BBC a showreel and managed to secure an interview. During his seven years as a Blue Peter presenter, he won two Baftas for Best Children's Presenter. He left the show in 2006 and went on to co-present Countryfile Summer Diaries, Open Country, Animal Squad, Countryfile, Secret Britain and One Man and His Dog. After a stint as a guest presenter on The One Show, he became a permanent host alongside Alex Jones in early 2011. He participated in Strictly Come Dancing in 2010, partnering professional dancer Aliona Vilani, and finished runner-up.

Trivia: He raised more than £1.9million for Children in Need in 2012 when he travelled around the country in a rickshaw. Wed childhood sweetheart Nicola Mooney in 2004. They have two children, Luke and Molly.

Best Known For: Hosting MTV news bulletins and co-hosting I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! NOW!
Early-life: Laura was born in Bray, Co Wicklow, on May 4, 1985. She studied journalism at Dublin City University and spent a year abroad at Boston University. In 2008, Laura began hosting news bulletins for MTV.
Career: Whitmore begin co-hosting I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! NOW! in 2011. In February 2015, she announced that she was leaving MTV after seven years presenting on the channel.
Quote: "I would never put my face to anything that I didn't care about or couldn't talk about."
Trivia: In 2009, Whitmore launched a clothing range for Irish chain A Wear.
