Mike Myers (Actor) .. The Cat
Born: May 25, 1963 in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada
Best Known For: Austin Powers and Shrek.
Early-life: Born Michael John Myers on May 25, 1963, in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. He's the youngest of three sons whose parents came from Liverpool. His father, Eric, sold encyclopaedias, while his mother, Alice, studied acting before emigrating. Myers still holds a British passport. He began performing at an early age, inspired by watching his father's comedy heroes, such as Peter Sellers, the Monty Python team, Peter Cook and Dudley Moore. As a child he also appeared in various adverts and TV show Range Ryder and the Calgary Kid.
Career: Myers was snapped up by Toronto's Second City comedy ensemble on the day of his final high school exam in 1981. He later moved to the UK, where he did stand-up and had a regular slot on The Wide Awake Club. In 1989 he began a six-year stint on Saturday Night Live, where he created Wayne's World. Two hit film versions followed, but it was the three Austin Powers movies which really made him a force to be reckoned with in Hollywood, although his magic touch deserted him in The Love Guru, a film that was panned by critics and struggled at the box office. On a more positive note, he lent his voice to Shrek in all four hugely successful Shrek movies.
Quote: "I still believe that at any time the no-talent police will come and arrest me."
Trivia: He supports Liverpool Football Club - his parents were from Liverpool, UK.

Her first professional job was a guest role in an episode of ER in 2000.
Career: Further guest appearances followed in a number of TV shows, including Ally McBeal, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, The Practice, Spin City and Malcolm in the Middle. She was still only seven when she starred opposite Sean Penn in the movie I Am Sam (2001), a role that earned her a Screen Actors Guild nomination. A year later, she played the lead child role in Steven Spielberg miniseries Taken. One of the busiest child actors of her generation, she went on to star in Home Alabama (2002), Hansel & Gretel (2002), Uptown Girls (2003), Dr Seuss' The Cat in the Hat (2003), War of the Worlds (2005), Hounddog (2006), Charlotte's Web (2006) and the Twilight movies. Fanning has successfully made the transition to more grown-up roles. Her recent work includes The Motel Life (2012), Very Good Girls (2013), The Last of Robin Hood (2013) and Every Secret Thing (2014).
Quote: "Acting is what I love to do. I wouldn't trade it for the world. I don't think of it as work. It's really fun for me."
