Crime thriller set in a society in which all men live under the Women's Safety act, meaning they are bound by a strict curfew from 7pm to 7am every night, with their movements tracked 24 hours a day by an ankle tag. After a woman is brutally murdered during curfew hours and left on the steps of the Women's Safety Centre, veteran detective Pamela Green believes that a man must be responsible. Early-life: Sarah Parish was born on June 7, 1968, in Yeovil, Somerset. Her parents were both keen on amateur dramatics. She made her first stage appearance at the age of two in a local pantomime, and claims she was immediately hooked on acting. Parish then enrolled in dance classes and attended a youth theatre group throughout her school years. She went on to train at the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts in London.
Career: Parish took small roles in various projects to gain experience. She first came to the nation's attention while appearing in a Boddington's TV advert. In 1998, she had a regular role as a receptionist in Peak Practice, and made her film debut a year later in Parting Shots. Since then she's appeared in a string of high-profile TV programmes, including Hearts and Bones, Cutting It, Sirens, Trust, Unconditional Love, Blackpool, Doctor Who, ShakespeaRe-told, Mistresses, Merlin, The Pillars of the Earth, Monroe, Hatfields & McCoys, and Atlantis. She also appeared in big-screen romantic comedies The Wedding Date and The Holiday.
Quote: "In this business you can be flavour of the month. People might love me this year and then next year just think they have had enough of me."
Trivia: She set up a charity, the Murray Parish Trust, with her husband James Murray in memory of their first daughter, who died of congenital heart failure at eight months old.

Best Known For: Winning the fifth series of The X Factor.
Early-life: Alexandra Imelda Cecelia Ewen Burke was born in London on August 25, 1988. Her mother, Melissa Bell, was a singer with the band Soul II Soul. Alexandra has three siblings, Sheneice, David and Aaron. Her parents split up in 1992. At the age of 12, Alexandra sang on the TV talent show Star for a Night. She was the runner-up to eventual winner Joss Stone. In 2005, Alexandra auditioned for the second series of The X Factor but was deemed too young.
Career: Burke auditioned again for The X Factor in 2008 and made it through to the live finals. She went on to win the competition, beating Eoghan Quigg and JLS in the final. Her debut single, Hallelujah, became the top-selling single of 2008 in the UK. Her debut album a year later, Overcome, debuted at number one in the albums chart. She continues to record music and headline tours. In 2014, she made her West End debut playing the lead role of Rachel Marron in the musical The Bodyguard. In February 2015, she took The Bodyguard on the road at the start of a nationwide UK tour. She took over the lead role of Deloris Van Cartier in a UK tour production of Sister Act The Musical in 2016.

Best Known For: Playing Lisa Fowler in EastEnders.
Early-life: Born Lucy Jane Baker on June 25, 1970 in Reading, Berkshire. She trained at Redroofs Theatre School in Maidenhead. Her first acting role was in an episode of Doctor Who in 1983, when she was a child. She took the stage name of Benjamin because it is her brother's first name.
Career: Benjamin starred in the first and fourth series of children's TV show Press Gang, where she played Julie Craig. She appeared in two series of the sitcom Close to Home and in the soap opera Jupiter Moon. Her other TV roles in the 1990s included The Bill, Bottom, Dangerfield and Missing. She joined the cast of EastEnders in 1998 as Lisa Fowler and stayed with the soap opera until 2003, returning for one episode in 2010. Since EastEnders, Benjamin has appeared in Casualty, Holby City, New Tricks and Doctors. She also played Maggie in comedy series Detectorists. Aside from TV, Benjamin has appeared in various theatre productions, including a UK tour of West End stage show Hairspray.

Anita Dobson (Actor) .. Janet
Born: April 29, 1949 in Stepney, London
Best Known For: Playing Angie Watts in EastEnders.
Early-life: Born April 29, 1949, in Stepney, London. She is the daughter of a dress-cutter and a seamstress and was raised in Mile End Road with her younger sister. Anita claims she had a happy childhood, although didn't enjoy school and couldn't wait to get into the big, wide world, leaving at 16 to work for an insurance company. Two years later she successfully auditioned for a place at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art.
Career: Dobson's professional career began on stage, with early work coming at such renowned places as Glasgow's Citizens Theatre, the National Theatre and the Royal Shakespeare Company. She also appeared in the sitcom Up the Elephant and Round the Castle in 1983. Two years later she was a household name thanks to her role as alcoholic landlady Angie in EastEnders; she even released a single based on the theme tune. Dobson quit in 1988 and returned to the stage, although she has also popped up in such shows as Red Dwarf, Rab C Nesbitt, Dangerfield, The Stretch (alongside former screen husband Leslie Grantham) and GiggleBiz. She spent nine weeks competing on Strictly Come Dancing in 2011.

Best Known For: Playing Archie in EastEnders.
Early-life: Born in London in 1943, Lamb joined the oil industry, which resulted in him working in Libya and Canada, where he attended St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. This developed his amateur interest in acting into a professional level, performing at Canada's Stratford Festival in 1975-1976. He returned to the UK, and became a regular cast member, along with Kate O'Mara, in the BBC's North Sea ferry based soap Triangle (1981-83), in which he played Matt Taylor, the ship's Chief Engineer.
Career: Other credits include The New Avengers, The Professionals, Fox, Minder, Get Back, Lovejoy, Get Back, A Touch of Frost, Our Friends in the North, Taggart, Casualty, Kavanagh QC, Spooks, Midsomer Murders and The Bill. Lamb has also appeared in various films including the 1980s hit Buster also starring Phil Collins and Julie Walters, as Peter Chase in Essex Boys and in 1983, had a small speaking role in the blockbuster Superman III. Most recently, Lamb has been seen in Gavin & Stacey playing Gavin's father, Michael Shipman. In 2008, he began playing the part of twisted, manipulative Archie Mitchell in Eastenders.
