Best Known For: Friday Night Dinner.
Early-life: Thomas Alan Smith Rosenthal was born in London on January 14, 1988, the son of TV producer Christine Smith and sports presenter Jim Rosenthal.
Career: In 2011, Rosenthal began starring in Channel 4 comedy Friday Night Dinner alongside Simon Bird. His other TV credits include Plebs, Breathless and Broadchurch. When he is not acting, he is performing stand-up.

Born: November 28, 1985 in Rotherham
Best Known For: Playing Grumio in the sitcom Plebs.
Early-life: Ryan Oliver Sampson was born in Rotherham on November 28, 1985. He attended Wales High School in Rotherham, where he appeared in school productions. He made his TV debut in 2003 in Wire in the Blood. Roles followed in the TV movie In Denial of Murder, Heartbeat and Holby City.
Career: Sampson's first break came in 2007 when he starred alongside Nicholas Lyndhurst, Celia Imrie and Dani Harmer in BBC sitcom After You're Gone. He has also made guest appearances in Doctor Who, Fresh Meat and Dates. He has had recurring roles in The Work Experience, Up the Women and Undercover. He is perhaps best known for playing Grumio in the ITV sitcom Plebs.

Born: May 18, 1941 in Oxford
Best Known For: Her many film, stage and TV roles.
Early-life: Margolyes was born in Oxford, in 1941, the daughter of Ruth, a real estate investor, and Joseph Margolyes, a physician. She grew up in a Jewish family, a descendant of immigrants from Belarus. She attended the local Oxford High School and later Newnham College, Cambridge. There, she began acting in her 20s, and also appeared in productions of the comedy troup, Cambridge Footlights.
Career: Margolyes first gained recognition for her work as a voice artist. After early work providing vocals on soft-porn films, she performed most of the supporting female characters in the dubbed Japanese action TV series, Monkey. She also worked with the theatre company Gay Sweatshop. Margolyes' first major role in a film was as Elephant Ethel in Stand Up, Virgin Soldiers (1977). She received critical acclaim for her portrayal of Flora Finching in the 1988 movie Little Dorrit. On American TV, she headlined the short-lived 1992 CBS sitcom Frannie's Turn. In 1993 she won a Best Supporting Actress Bafta for her role as Mrs Mingott, the only comic relief in Martin Scorsese's The Age Of Innocence. Since then she has appeared in the Harry Potter films and played small roles in many hit movies and TV shows.
