Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer revisit Aneri and Nihar, who were at loggerheads over their charming but cramped three-bedroom cottage in the Hertfordshire village of Radlett. Aneri was fed up with the isolating layout and lack of downstairs toilet but Nihar refused to budge, hoping Kirstie could fix the problem. They are also back in Chester, where Carl and Katy's draughty Victorian semi was made worse by a previous owner's ill-judged wall removal.
