Early-life: Paul Stephen Rudd was born on April 6th, 1969, in Passaic, New Jersey, but was raised in Overland Park, Kansas. Both his parents were English. He has a younger sister. After graduating from high school, he enrolled at the University of Kansas but realised academic life wasn't for him. Instead, he went to the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles, studying alongside Scooby-Doo star Matthew Lilliard. To make ends meet, he worked as a DJ.
Career: Following a short course at Oxford University, Rudd helped to produce a performance at the Globe Theatre and played Hamlet, directed by Ben Kingsley. His first TV work came in 1992, including a year-long stint on soap opera Sisters. More stage work followed before his big break came when he was cast as the love interest in hit movie Clueless. He's been in demand ever since, appearing in such diverse projects as Romeo + Juliet, The Cider House Rules, The Object of My Affection, Jackie Chan's Gen-X Cops 2 and Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy. He became a semi-regular in Friends in 2002. Since then, he has appeared in a number of hit comedy films, including The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Night at the Museum, The Ex, Knocked Up, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Role Models, Year One, Dinner for Schmucks and Ant-Man.

Early-life: Jason Jordan Segel was born in Los Angeles on January 18, 1980. He has an older half-brother and a younger sister. He played basketball while studying at Harvard-Westlake School. He began acting in local theatre productions at Palisades Playhouse.
Career: Segel's first major acting role was in 1999 NBC comedy drama Freaks and Geeks. He had a recurring role on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation before his breakthrough in CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother. Success followed on the big screen in Knocked Up (2007), Forgetting Sarah Marshall (2008), I Love You, Man (2009), Get Him to the Greek (2010), The Muppets (2011), Friends with Benefits (2011), Bad Teacher (2011), This Is 40 (2012), The Five-Year Engagement (2012) and Sex Tape (2014).
Quote: 'When a woman does nudity in a movie, men immediately switch into a sexual mode. For women, from what I understand, it's not like that. They see a naked, out-of-shape man crying and it's funny.'

Early-life: Rashida Leah Jones was born on February 25, 1976, in Los Angeles, California. She is the daughter of music producer Quincy Jones and his third wife, Twin Peaks actress Peggy Lipton. Her older sister, Kidada, is also an actress. Rashida's name is Egyptian for righteous. She was voted Most Likely to Succeed at her high school in Sherman Oaks, and went on to study at Harvard.
Career: Jones made her TV debut in miniseries The Last Don in 1997. Other early projects include Myth America, If These Walls Could Talk 2, and Freaks and Geeks. Her big break came when she was cast in gritty TV series Boston Public. She had a regular role for two years, but quit the show in 2002. Since then, she's appeared in such little-seen movies as Roadside Assistance, Now You Know, Death of a Dynasty, and Little Black Book. She joined the cast of the American version of The Office in 2006 in a recurring role, and she has played Ann Perkins in the sitcom Parks and Recreation since 2009. Early-life: Jonathan Kolia Favreau was born in Flushing, Queens, New York, on October 19, 1966, the only child of two teachers. His mother died of leukemia in 1979. Jon attended Queens College but dropped out a few credits short of completing his degree. In the summer of 1988, he moved to Chicago to pursue a career in comedy. He performed at the ImprovOlympic and Improv Institute.
Career: Favreau's first film role was alongside Sean Astin in Rudy (1993). A year later he appeared in an episode of Seinfeld. In 1996, he wrote and starred in Swingers (1996) alongside Vince Vaughn. In 1997 he had a recurring role as Monica Geller's boyfriend Pete Becker in Friends. In 2001, he teamed up again with Vince Vaughn in Made (2001), Favreau's directorial debut. Two years later, he enjoyed his first big success as a director for Elf. Since then, Favreau has continued to act, write and direct. He went on to direct Iron Man (2008), Iron Man 2 (2010), and Cowboys & Aliens (2011). More recently, he wrote, directed and starred in Chef (2014).
