Early-life: Daniel Wroughton Craig was born in Chester on March 2, 1968. His father is a former merchant seaman and pub landlord, his mother an art teacher. Daniel has an older sister, Lea, and knew from an early age he wanted to be an actor, but failed to get into drama school at 17. He spent time with the National Youth Theatre before being accepted by the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
Career: Craig started out on stage, eventually making his film debut in 1992's The Power of One. TV series Our Friends in the North and TV movie The Fortunes and Misfortunes of Moll Flanders made him a star in 1996. The movies Elizabeth (1998), Love is the Devil (1998), Lara Croft: Tomb Raider (2001), Road to Perdition (2002), The Mother (2003), Sylvia (2003), Enduring Love (2004), Layer Cake (2004) and Munich (2005) followed. He was controversially cast in a five-film deal as James Bond, but proved doubters wrong with an outstanding performance in Casino Royale (2006). He's since followed it up with Quantum of Solace (2008) and Skyfall (2012). He's also appeared in Cowboys & Aliens (2011), and the US remake of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2011).

Liev Schreiber (Actor) .. Zus Bielski
Born: October 04, 1967 in San Francisco
Best Known For: The Omen and The Manchurian Candidate.
Early-life: Born Isaac Liev Schreiber on October 4, 1967, in San Francisco, California. His parents - Heather, a painter, and Tell, an actor - moved to Canada when he was just one year old. They divorced when Liev was five and he moved with his mother to New York, where she drove a cab to make ends meet. During this period, they lived as squatters in abandoned buildings. His mum didn't want him watching colour films so he grew up seeing silent and black-and-white movies, becoming particularly fond of Charlie Chaplin's work.
Career: Schreiber began acting at Hampshire College and continued at the Yale University School of Drama. Although he initially wanted to be a playwright, a teacher encouraged him to become an actor. His first TV role came in 1994 when he appeared in the drama Janek: The Silent Betrayal. Liev had several supporting roles in various independent films until his big break as Cotton Weary in the horror film Scream. He featured in the movie's sequels, then appeared in several big-budget productions including The Manchurian Candidate in 2004. Liev made his directorial debut with Everything Is Illuminated, which he also wrote, in 2005. Other film acting credits include The Omen, Defiance, X-Men Origins: Wolverine and Salt.

Jamie Bell (Actor) .. Asael Bielski
Born: March 14, 1986 in Billingham, Stockton on Tees
Best Known For: Playing the title role in Billy Elliot.
Early-life: Jamie was born on March 14, 1986 in Billingham, Stockton on Tees. He came from a family of dancers, including his grandmother, mother, aunt and sister, and began his own career in dance at an early age. In 2000, he took his talent to the big screen when he won the title role in Billy Elliot, a film about a young boy with a gift for ballet dancing that he tries to keep a secret, which paralleled Jamie's own story.
Career: Billy Elliot was a huge hit, garnering Jamie vast critical praise. He went on to star in numerous independent movies such as Undertow, Dear Wendy, The Chumscrubber and Hallam Foe. He also took the lead role in the 2002 horror film Deathwatch, played Smike in an adaptation of Nicholas Nickleby that same year and Jimmy in Peter Jackson's remake of adventure classic King Kong in 2005. He has also played real-life figures in two war films; US Marine Ralph Ignatowski in 2006's Flags of Our Fathers and Asael Bielski in 2008's Defiance. He appeared alongside Hayden Christensen in sci-fi drama Jumper that same year. His recent work includes Man on a Ledge, Snowpiercer and Nymphomaniac.

Alexa Davalos (Actor) .. Lilka Ticktin
Born: May 28, 1982 in Paris
Best Known For: Playing Juliana Crain in The Man in the High Castle.
Early-life: Alexa Davalos Dunas was born in Paris on May 28, 1982 to American parents, actress Elyssa Davalos and photographer Jeff Dunas. After a childhood spent mostly in France and Italy, she headed to New York and began to support herself by modelling for photographers. She developed her acting skills at the Off Broadway Flea Theater.
Career: After making the switch to Los Angeles, Davalos landed guest parts in Undeclared and Angel. Her breakthrough role came in 2004 when she was cast as Kyra in The Chronicles of Riddick. A role in short-lived TV drama Reunion followed before she had more success in TV movie Surrender, Dorothy. Since then, she has appeared in such feature films as Feast of Love (2007), Defiance (2008) and Clash of Titans (2010). She also appeared in TV series Mob City as Jasmine Fontaine in 2013. Since 2015, she has starred in dystopian TV series The Man in the High Castle as Juliana Crain.
Quote: "I don't really have any expectations. For me, it's all about falling in love with a project and being as present and open as you can while filming it."

George MacKay (Actor) .. Aron Bielski
Born: March 13, 1992 in London
Best Known For: Sunshine on Leith and The Outcast.
Early-life: George was born in London on March 13, 1992 to Kim and Paul. At the age of five, George created and starred in his own production of the play Peter and the Wolf with his friends. In 2002, he auditioned for a role in PJ Hogan's Peter Pan (2003) and landed the part of Curly, one of the Lost Boys. Roles followed in The Thief Lord (2005) and the BBC TV series Johnny and the Bomb. At the age of 17, George unsuccessfully applied to both Rada and Lamda, but this has not stopped him forging a career as an actor.
Career: In 2008, MacKay starred alongside Daniel Craig in the film Defiance. A year later, he starred in The Boys Are Back. More recently, he has starred in Sunshine on Leith (2013), Pride (2014), Bypass (2014) and the miniseries The Outcast. In 2015, he played the lead role in the play Ah, Wilderness! at The Young Vic.
