Dickinson was later his cabaret-artist wife's manager and, while touring with her, found time to explore antiques shops and markets. That led to five series of The Antiques Hunter, and later the BBC's daytime hit Bargain Hunt, which was promoted to prime time. He now presents Dickinson's Real Deal on ITV. He appeared on the first series of Strictly Come Dancing.
