Matthew McConaughey (Actor) .. Lt Andrew Tyler
Born: November 04, 1969 in Texas
Best Known For: Appearing shirtless in Hollywood blockbusters.
Early-life: Matthew David McConaughey was born in Texas on November 4, 1969, and is the youngest of three brothers. His teacher mother and oil-pipe salesman father had something of a volatile relationship - during their 39 years together, they divorced and remarried each other several times. Matthew's original ambition was to be a lawyer, and after graduating from high school, he spent a year in Australia as an exchange student. However, while at university, he developed a passion for acting, and decided to study film.
Career: During the early 1990s, McConaughey combined his studies with appearances in adverts, before winning an eye-catching part in the cult movie Dazed and Confused. He made an even bigger splash in 1996, when he won the starring role in the John Grisham adaptation A Time to Kill, which was a major hit worldwide. He's been a popular Hollywood leading man ever since, and his movie credits include Amistad, EDtv, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Sahara, Failure to Launch, Tropic Thunder, and Ghosts of Girlfriends Past. In more recent years McConaughey has proved his versatility with roles in more challenging movies, Magic Mike, Bernie, The Dallas Buyers Club, for which he won an Oscar, and Interstellar. He also starred in the first season of acclaimed TV series True Detective.
Quote: "My worst quality is selfishness, although everyone is guilty of that to an extent. Everyone should be, I think - you need to respect yourself."

Harvey Keitel (Actor) .. Chief Klough
Born: May 13, 1939 in New York
Best Known For: Playing Mr White in Reservoir Dogs
Early-life: Harvey Johannes Keitel was born in Brooklyn, New York, on May 13, 1939 to Harry and Miriam, Jewish immigrants from Poland and Romania respectively. He grew up in the Brighton Beach area of the city, with brother Jerry and sister Renee. At the age of 16, he joined the US Marines and saw service in Lebanon among other places. Upon leaving the forces, he returned to New York and became a court reporter, before taking up acting.
Career: After landing roles in off-Broadway productions, Keitel met Martin Scorsese, an up-and-coming filmmaker, who cast him in his student project before handing him the lead in Mean Streets (1973). Despite an amazing performance, it was co-star Robert De Niro who profited most. Keitel's career took something of a nosedive toward the end of the 1970s, but received a shot in the arm in 1992 thanks to the films Bad Lieutenant and Quentin Tarantino's Reservoir Dogs. This made him hot property, with Keitel going on to star in films such as The Piano (1993), Cop Land (1997), From Dusk Till Dawn (1996) and National Treasure (2004) and its 2007 sequel. He also appeared in the short-lived US version of Life On Mars. At 18, he left Texas for Hollywood, where he got a job as a set dresser for cult director Roger Corman. He made his screen debut in the 1975 movie Crazy Mama before deciding to move to New York to study drama at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting.
