Early-life:
Jordana was born in Panama City on April 26, 1980 to former swimsuit model Maria Joao and investment banker Alden Brewster. She relocated to London when she was two months old, and six years later, she moved to her mother's native Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. At the age of 10, Manhattan became her new home. Jordana made a name for herself as an actress in her teens by starring in the daytime soaps All My Children and As the World Turns.
Career:
Brewster made her film debut in The Faculty (1998) but she really made her mark playing Mia Toretto in the hugely popular movie The Fast and the Furious (2001). Since then, Brewster has starred in more films in The Fast and the Furious franchise and appeared in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning (2006) and American Heist (2014). She had recurring roles on the TV spy comedy Chuck and the reboot of Dallas.
