Unwilling copper Crabbe and his team are assigned to guard the weary jurors of a long-running trial. Being holed up in the hotel from hell does nothing to improve the gourmet policeman's temper, and evidence of some serious jury-rigging only makes matters worse. Early-life: Marsha Lisa Thomason was born in Manchester on January 19, 1976 to Phyllis and Peter. From the age of 13, Marsha attended Oldham Theatre Workshop, where she participated in a number of productions. After taking A Levels in Media Studies, Theatre Studies and Performing Arts, she studied English at Manchester Metropolitan University. She made her TV debut in an episode of the series Screenplay in 1993. A year later, she starred in her first film, Jimmy McGovern's Priest.
Career: Roles followed for Thomason on TV in Prime Suspect 5: Errors of Judgement, Pie in the Sky, Where the Heart Is and Playing the Field. In 2003, she played Eddie Murphy's wife in the film The Haunted Mansion. From then on, she became a regular in US TV shows. She had recurring roles in Las Vegas, Lost, Easy Money, General Hospital and Make It or Break It. More recently, she starred in police drama White Collar. She returned to UK TV screens in 2015 in the ITV thriller Safe House.

Born: August 08, 1936 in Mexborough, South Yorkshire
Best Known For: Sitcom Duty Free.
Early-life: Born in Mexborough, South Yorkshire, on August 8, 1936, he was the son of a wholesale provisions merchant who wanted his son to follow in his footsteps. Barron said a sadistic teacher fear forced him to leave school, pushing him into acting. After National Service in the RAF, he joined an amateur dramatics group also attended by Brian Blessed. That led to training at Sheffield Playhouse and his first job with a repertory company in the city, earning £1 a week.
Career: Barron later moved to London, where he performed in several Dennis Potter plays in the West End. His TV debut came in a 1961 episode of The Avengers. It was the small screen plays Stand Up Nigel Barton, and Vote, Vote, Vote For Nigel Barton, both by Potter, that brought him to people's attention in the mid-1960s. His best-known work is on TV, but he has starred in films including The Land That Time Forgot, At The Earth's Core, Nothing But the Night and Voyage Of The Damned. His biggest success came playing philandering husband David in 1980s sitcom Duty Free. He went on to appear in Close Relations, Take Me Home, Where the Heart Is, NCS Manhunt, Brief Encounters and Being Eileen. He died on November 15, 2017 at the age of 83.

Trivia: In 2014, Barron toured with fellow original cast members Gwen Taylor and Neil Stacey in a stage version of Duty Free.
John Thomson (Actor) .. Andrew Vernon
Born: April 02, 1969 in Salford
Best Known For: Cold Feet and The Fast Show.
Early-life: Thomson was born Patrick Francis McAleer in Salford on April 2, 1969 to Mary McAleer, who gave him up for adoption six weeks later. He was adopted from the Catholic Children's Rescue Society by Andrew and Marita Thomson, a businessman and a bookseller from Didsbury. He attended Runshaw College between 1985 and 1987, studying for four A-levels, including theatre studies. He was described as 'clearly a talent for comedy'. Following this, he turned down a scholarship in America to study drama at Manchester Polytechnic.
Career: While at university, Thomson met Steve Coogan, who secured him a job on Spitting Image. They would continue to collaborate on such programmes as Coogan's Run , the Paul and Pauline Calf video diaries (where he played Fat Bob) and Knowing Me, Knowing You... with Alan Partridge, which he also contributed to writing. In 1994, Thomson appeared in the BBC sketch series The Fast Show. He made guest appearances on various series such as Soldier Soldier, Playing the Field and Men Behaving Badly in the 1990s before being cast as Pete Gifford in the ITV hit comedy drama Cold Feet. He participated in the BBC series Comic Relief does Fame Academy and chalked up several TV shows before starring in another TV series, New Street Law, about a Manchester chambers. He has since appeared in Kingdom and Coronation Street.
