Early-life: Anna Kay Faris was born in Baltimore, Maryland, on November 29, 1976. Her family moved to Edmonds, Washington, when she was six. She has an older brother. Anna gave her first professional acting performance at the age of nine in Danger: Memory! at the Seattle Repertory Theater. She went on to play in other stage productions as a child. After graduating from high school in 1994, she attended the University of Washington.
Career: Her first film role was in Lovers Lane (1999) and her big break came a year later in horror comedy Scary Movie. She went on to star in Scary Movie 2 (2001) and two further sequels, The Hot Chick (2002), Brokeback Mountain (2005), My Super Ex-Girlfriend (2006), The House Bunny (2008), The Dictator (2012) and I Give it a Year (2013). She has also voiced characters in Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (2009) and the 2013 sequel, Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel (2009) and the 2011 sequel, and Yogi Bear (2010). On the small screen, Faris had a recurring role in Friends as the mother whose twin babies are adopted by Chandler and Monica, and more recently she has been starring in the American sitcom Mom.

Early-life: James Edmund Caan was born in New York City on March 26, 1940. He was the son of Jewish immigrants from Germany. He attended Michigan State University before transferring to Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York. It was at Hofstra that he became interested in acting and was accepted at New York City's Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre, where he studied for five years.
Career: Caan began appearing in off-Broadway plays before making his Broadway debut in Blood, Sweat and Stanley Poole in 1961. He appeared in TV series such as The Untouchables, Wide Country, Dr Kildare, and Ben Casey, before landing his first film role in 1964 thriller Lady in a Cage. A year later, he landed his first starring role in Red Line 7000. More films followed in the 1960s, including El Dorado (1966), Countdown (1968), and The Rain People (1969). During the 1970s, he won acclaim in TV movie Brian's Song, and on the big screen in The Godfather (1972), The Godfather Part II (1974), Rollerball (1975), Funny Lady (1975), A Bridge Too Far (1977), and Violent Streets (1981). After a break from acting, he returned in 1987 in Francis Ford Coppola's Gardens of Stone. He went on to star in Alien Nation (1988), Dick Tracy (1990), Misery (1990), Honeymoon in Vegas (1992), Eraser (1996), Mickey Blue Eyes (1999), and Elf (2003). Best Known For: Saturday Night Live and Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
Early-life: David AJ Samberg was born in Berkeley, California, on August 18, 1978. His mother is a school teacher and his father is a photographer. He attended the University of California, Santa Cruz, for two years before transferring to the film school at New York University.
Career: Samberg began making comedy videos with childhood friends Akiva Schaffer and Jorma Taccone. Collectively they are known as the comedy troupe The Lonely Island. Andy's big break came in 2005 when Saturday Night Live (SNL) employed him as a cast member. Akiva and Jorma joined as writers and they went on to collaborate on SNL hip-hop parody video Lazy Sunday, which became a hit on YouTube, and box-office flop Hot Rod (2007). Samberg left SNL in 2012 to concentrate on making films. His first film after SNL was opposite Adam Sandler in box-office flop That's My Boy (2012). He has had more success on the big screen voicing characters in animated films Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (2009) and its 2013 sequel and Hotel Transylvania (2012). He returned to the small screen in 2013 to star in sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine, for which he won a Golden Globe in 2014.

Early-life: Neil was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on June 15, 1973 to Sheila and Ron. While at high school in Albuquerque, he acted in school plays and musicals. He began his career as a child actor and made his professional debut in Clara's Heart (1988), a role that earned him a Golden Globe nomination. In the same year, he starred in children's fantasy Purple Purple Eater (1988).
Career: Neil's first big break came in 1989 when he landed the lead role as a teenage doctor in comedy drama Doogie Howser, MD. When the show ended in 1993 after four seasons, Neil took up stage acting. He continued to make guest appearances in various TV shows, but he didn't hit the small-screen jackpot again until 2005 when he was cast as Barney Stinson in popular sitcom How I Met Your Mother (HIMYM). HIMYM ran for nine seasons, clocking up more than 200 editions. More recently, Neil has starred on the big screen in The Smurfs (2011) and its sequel The Smurfs 2 (2013), The Muppets (2011) and American Reunion (2012). Benjamin Bratt (Actor) .. Manny

Best Known For: Law & Order.
Early-life: Benjamin Bratt was born on December 16, 1963, in San Francisco, the third of five children. His father, a sheet-metal worker, is of German ancestry. His mother is a Peruvian Indian from Lima who raised her children single-handedly. A Native American activist, she took her children with her when she became part of the Alcatraz island takeover, which occupied the famous prison in 1970. After attending Lowell High School, Bratt studied at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and then the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco.
Career: Bratt made his professional debut at the Utah Shakespeare Festival before starring in TV pilot Juarez, which failed to make it into a full series. He had a regular role in Police Story: Gladiator School in 1988 and became a familiar face on the small screen in Knight Watch and Nasty Boys. He became a household name in the US by landing a role in hit show Law and Order in 1995. Other roles since then have included parts in such movies as Red Planet, Miss Congeniality, Traffic, Catwoman and Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs as the voice of Manny. TV credits include Frasier, The Cleaner, Modern Family and Private Practice.
