Early-life:
Daniel Jason Sudeikis was born in Fairfax, Virginia, on September 18, 1975. He has two sisters. His uncle is actor George Wendt. As a child, Jason moved with his family to Overland Park, Kansas.
Career:
Sudeikis cut his improvisational comedy teeth at ComedySportz in Kansas City. In Chicago, he studied at the Annoyance Theatre and ImprovOlympic. In 2003, he was a regular performer at Second City Las Vegas when he was hired as a sketch writer for Saturday Night Live. Two years later he began appearing in front of the camera and stayed with the long-running comedy sketch show until July 2013. Other work includes a recurring role on sitcom 30 Rock, and drama series Eastbound & Down. On the big screen, he has appeared in The Bounty Hunter (2010), Hall Pass (2011), Horrible Bosses (2011), Movie 43 (2013), and We're the Millers (2013).
