Sigourney Weaver (Actor) .. Helen Hudson
Born: October 08, 1949 in New York
Best Known For: The Alien films.
Early-life: Born Susan Alexandra Weaver on October 8, 1949, in New York. Her mother was English actress Elizabeth Inglis, her father, Sylvester 'Pat' Weaver, was a former NBC TV president. She has an older brother called Trajan. Weaver often had an uncomfortable time at school because of her height, but became the class clown to prevent being teased. In 1963, she changed her name to Sigourney after a character in The Great Gatsby. She attended Stanford University and Yale School of Drama, but became frustrated when classmate Meryl Streep was given all the top roles.
Career: Weaver's professional career began with several theatre roles. She had blink-and-you'll-miss-them roles in Serpico and Annie Hall, but it was 1979's Alien that made her a star. A string of acclaimed films, such as The Janitor and The Year of Living Dangerously, followed. Since then, she's received Oscar nominations for the sequel Aliens (a scene featuring her mother was eventually cut from the finished film), Working Girl and Gorillas in the Mist. Other notable projects include more Alien movies, the Ghostbusters films, Copycat, Galaxy Quest, The Ice Storm and Heartbreakers. More recent big-screen offerings include Avatar, Paul, Abduction and Vamps.
Quote: 'I've always regretted having such a serious career because I'm really more of an idiot.'
Trivia: She provided the voice of a computer in WALL-E.
Holly Hunter (Actor) .. MJ Monahan
Born: March 20, 1958 in Conyers, Georgia
Best Known For: The Piano.
Early-life: Born March 20, 1958, in Conyers, Georgia. She's the youngest of seven children. Her father was a part-time sporting goods salesman who also owned a farm. As a child she loved music, but didn't think she had the talent to become a professional pianist, and switched her focus to acting in her teens. Her parents encouraged her, and Hunter first tred the boards while she was at school. She later gained a drama degree from Pittsburgh's Carnegie Mellon University. After graduating in 1980, she moved to New York where she began getting stage roles.
Career: Hunter had one line in her film debut, 1981's The Burning, but quickly began gaining bigger parts. She took the lead in Coen brothers' film Raising Arizona in 1987. It proved her worth as a comedy actress, and she went on to appear in Broadcast News. Other notable projects include Always, The Piano (for which she won a Best Actress Oscar), The Firm, and Emmy-winning TV movie The Positively True Adventures of the Alleged Texas Cheer-Leading Murdering Mom. More recently, she gained plaudits for O Brother, Where Art Thou and Thirteen, provided a voice for animated adventure The Incredibles and made her West End debut in The Bog of Cats in 2004. More recently, she has starred in the TV series Saving Grace and the miniseries Top of the Lake.
Quote: 'Actors are beggars and gypsies, that's just the way it is. And in many ways, I take what I can get. But I do search high and low for stuff that interests me.'
Trivia: In 2008, Hunter received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Dermot Mulroney (Actor) .. Ruben Goetz
Born: October 31, 1963 in Alexandria, Virginia
Best Known For: Being the object of Julia Roberts' desire in My Best Friend's Wedding.
Early-life: Dermot Mulroney was born on October 31, 1963, in Alexandria, Virginia, the son of a lawyer. He has a sister and three brothers, one of whom, Kieran, is also an actor. As a child he was unusually short for his age, and threw himself into after-school activities. He played cello in youth orchestras and appeared in children's community theatre, making his debut in a play called Are Teachers Human? He later attended Northwestern University.
Career: Mulroney made his TV debut in an episode of Fame in 1986, and starred in a couple of forgettable, low-budget movies the same year. His first big film was 1988's Sunset, alongside Bruce Willis and James Garner, and he followed that with Young Guns, which really got him noticed. Despite appearances in blockbusters such as Bad Girls, How to Make an American Quilt, My Best Friend's Wedding, and About Schmidt, he has concentrated largely on low-budget films and, despite being an accomplished actor, isn't as famous as he perhaps should be.
Quote: 'Ambitions? I don't know. I've found that they only get me into trouble, or disappoint me. So I just go with it.'
Trivia: Away from acting, he plays in a band and co-owns a music club.
Harry Connick Jr (Actor) .. Daryll Lee Cullum
Born: September 11, 1967 in New Orleans, Louisiana
Best Known For: His dulcet tones.

His father was a District Attorney, his mother was a judge who died of ovarian cancer when Connick was 13. Connick's parents also owned a music shop and encouraged their son to play piano. As a result, he joined a jazz band when he was 10. Connick won numerous piano competitions and went on to study at the New Orleans Center for the Creative Arts.
Career: Following further study in New York, 19-year-old Connick released his first album and began an extended run at the Algonquin Hotel's Oak Room. A second album followed a year later. In 1989, he contributed to the soundtrack of When Harry Met Sally, which went double-platinum. He made his acting debut in movie Memphis Belle in 1990. Other films include Little Man Tate, Copycat, Independence Day, South Pacific, Life Without Dick and Basic. Connick also continues to perform live and record albums.
Quote: 'If your record doesn't sell that well, man, who cares? All the satisfaction I need comes when I step out onstage and see the people. That's awesome. I love that.'
Trivia: Connick was part of the judging panel for season 13 of American Idol.
