Henry William Dalgliesh Cavill was born in Jersey on May 5, 1983 to Marianne and Colin. He has four brothers. He was interested in acting from an early age and starred in a number of school productions. He made his film debut in Laguna (2001) and followed this up with The Count of Monte Cristo (2002).
Career:
TV roles followed in The Inspector Lynley Mysteries, Goodbye, Mr Chips and Midsomer Murders. His first break came in 2007, when he landed the lead role as Charles Brandon in American drama The Tudors, a part he played in 38 episodes. Cavill had originally been set to play Superman in a project abandoned by McG and he came close to landing the role of James Bond in 2005. In 2013, he finally got to play Superman on the big screen in Zack Snyder's Man of Steel. His other film credits include Stardust (2007), Whatever Works (2009), Immortals (2011) and The Cold Light of Day (2012).

Early-life:
Born Krishna Pandit Bhanji on December 31, 1943, in Snainton, near Scarborough, North Yorkshire, the son of a Kenyan-born GP of Indian descent and a British model. His paternal family originally came from the Indian state of Gujarat, Mahatma Gandhi's birthplace. He became interested in acting at Manchester Grammar School, and joined amateur groups. When he announced his intention to become a professional actor, his father advised him to change his name to something more English-sounding and suggested Ben, which had been his own nickname at university.
Career:
Kingsley joined the Royal Shakespeare Company in 1967 and soon began landing lead roles. He also appeared briefly in Coronation Street in the 1960s. He made his movie debut in 1972's Fear Is the Key and worked steadily if unspectacularly on both the big and small screens until 1982 when he won an Oscar for the title role in Richard Attenborough's Gandhi. Since then Kingsley has made such films as Maurice, Without a Clue, Sneakers, Schindler's List, the live-action Thunderbirds movie, Shutter Island and Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. He's been Oscar-nominated for Bugsy, Sexy Beast and House of Sand and Fog. Other projects include Iron Man 3 and Hugo.

Alexandra Anna Daddario was born in New York on March 16, 1986 to Christina and Richard. Her brother, Matthew, is an actor. She also has a sister, Catharine. Alexandra had wanted to be an actress since the age of 11. She made her TV debut at the age of 16 in soap opera All My Children, playing Laurie Lewis.
Career:
Daddario's first major role was in the film Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief (2010). She also starred in the sequel, Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters (2013). She had a recurring role in police drama White Collar from 2009 to 2011. Daddario has appeared in True Detective, American Horror Story: Hotel and San Andreas (2015). She also played the female lead in Baywatch (2017).

Born in Peekskill, New York, on November 11, 1960, Stanley's parents are of Italian descent and he is the oldest of three children. During the early 1970s, his family spent a year living in Florence, Italy. He majored in acting at the State University of New York at Purchase and graduated in 1982. In the same year, he earned his Actors' Equity card playing a soldier in Broadway play The Queen and the Rebels. He made his film debut in Prizzi's Honor (1985).
