Early-life:
Francisco Muniz IV was born in Wood-Ridge, New Jersey, on December 5, 1985 to Francisco III and Denise. He is of Spanish, Puerto Rican, Italian and Irish descent. His family moved to Raleigh, North Carolina, and it was here that he was discovered at a talent show when he was eight. He was cast in a local production of A Christmas Carol. When his parents divorced, he moved to Burbank, California, with his mother. He landed work in commercials and made his small-screen acting debut in the TV movie To Dance with Olivia in 1997.
Career:
Muniz's big break came in 2000 when he landed the title role in Fox sitcom Malcolm in the Middle. The hugely popular series also starred Jane Kaczmarek and Bryan Cranston and ran for seven seasons, clocking up 151 episodes. Muniz was nominated for two Golden Globes and a Primetime Emmy during his time on Malcolm. More recently, he has made a guest appearance on Criminal Minds and starred in Walk Hard: The Dewy Cox Story (2007) and Extreme Movie (2008).

When he is not acting, Muniz enjoys car racing, playing the drums in indie rock band Kingsfoil and watching the LA Clippers basketball team.

Early-life:
Born David Michael Hasselhoff on July 17, 1952, in Baltimore, Maryland. His father was an executive, his mother a housewife. He has four sisters, and believe it or not, was very shy as a child due to his height and skinny frame. Hasselhoff decided to become an actor at the age of seven. After leaving school, he studied at the California Institute of the Arts and the Academy of Dramatic Arts.
Career:
Hasselhoff originally intended to concentrate on musical theatre, until he landed a regular role in long-running soap The Young and the Restless. However, it was cult series Knight Rider that made him a star in 1982. Various little-seen TV shows and movies followed, until Baywatch became a global hit in 1989. He's also had success as a singer in Europe, appeared on Broadway and in the West End, and in the films Dodgeball and The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie. He returned to TV in 2006 as a judge on America's Got Talent. Since then he's returned briefly to The Young and the Restless, took part in Dancing with the Stars, appeared in panto and had a short stint as a judge on Britain's Got Talent.
