Early-life: Bradley Charles Cooper was born in Philadelphia on January 5, 1975 to Gloria and Charles. He has a sister, Holly. Bradley attended Villanova University for a year before transferring to Georgetown University. He went on to receive a Master of Fine Arts in acting from the Actors Studio Drama School at The New School in New York.
Career: Cooper's first acting role was a small part in an episode of Sex and the City in 1999. He made his film debut in Wet Hot American Summer (2001) and his first break came the same year when he was cast as Will Tippin in TV drama Alias, a role he would play over five seasons. Early-life: Born Emily Jean Stone in Scottsdale, Arizona, on November 6, 1988, she began acting with the Valley Youth Theatre in Phoenix, where she made her stage debut in a production of The Wind in the Willows. In 2004, she moved with her mother to Los Angeles, where she was home schooled so that she could attend auditions during the day.
Career: Stone changed her name to Emma when she registered for the Screen Actors Guild as an actor already existed with the name Emily Stone. She launched her TV career after winning the role of Laurie Partridge on VH1 talent competition In Search of the New Partridge Family. The subsequent TV series did not last beyond the pilot. She went on to appear in episodes of Medium, Malcolm in the Middle, Lucky Louie and Drive. She made her big-screen debut in Superbad (2007) and since then has appeared in a number of popular films such as Zombieland (2009), Easy A (2010), Crazy, Stupid Love (2011), The Amazing Spider-Man (2012) and its 2014 sequel and Gangster Squad (2013). She voiced the character Eep in The Croods (2013).

Early-life: Rachel Anne McAdams was born in London, Ontario, on November 17, 1978. She is the eldest of three children. She began figure skating at the age of four and competed in the sport until she was 18. She attended Disney and Shakespeare summer camps as a child and from the age of 12, appeared in Original Kids Theatre Company productions. After being persuaded by her English teacher to consider a career in acting, she enrolled on a four-year theatre programme at York University in Toronto. While at university, Rachel worked with the Necessary Angel Theatre Company.
Career: In 2001, McAdams shot an MTV pilot called Shotgun Love Dolls and in the same year, she made her film debut in My Name is Tanino. She received a Genie Award nomination in Canada for her role in Perfect Pie (2002). Her first Hollywood movie was The Hot Chick (2002), and her big break came in 2004 when she starred opposite Lindsay Lohan in teen comedy Mean Girls. Early-life: William James Murray was born on September 21, 1950, in Wilmette, Illinois. He's the fifth of nine children. His father was a lumber salesman who died when Murray was 17. It was a strict Catholic household - his sister is now a nun. Some of the siblings worked as caddies at the local golf club, with their wages paying for their education. Murray attended Loyola Academy, an all-boys Jesuit school, after which he studied medicine at Regis College in Denver, but dropped out after being arrested for possession of marijuana.
Career: Murray joined Chicago's Second City improvisational comedy team in 1973. He then worked with National Lampoon Radio Hour and joined the cast of Saturday Night Live. He starred in 1979's Meatballs, but his first major film was 1980's Caddyshack - Ghostbusters, Scrooged, Quick Change (which he co-directed) and Groundhog Day followed. In 1998, he worked with director Wes Anderson for the first time on Rushmore, which boosted his career as a dramatic actor. John Krasinski (Actor) .. John `Woody" Woodside

Early-life: John Burke Krasinski was born in Newton, Massachusetts, on October 20, 1979 to Mary and Ronald. He has two older brothers, Kevin and Paul. His first taste of acting was playing Daddy Warbucks in a school production of Annie. He spent time teaching English in Costa Rica before going on to study theatre arts at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. He then studied at the Eugene O'Neill National Theatre Institute in Waterford, Connecticut.
Career: Krasinski went on to star in commercials and make a number of guest appearances in TV shows such as Law & Order: Criminal Intent, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and Without a Trace. His big break came in 2005 when he was cast as Jim Halpert in the American version of The Office. The show ran for more than 200 episodes until 2013 and Krasinski's performances earned him two Screen Actors Guild Awards. Early-life: Daniel Richard McBride was born in Statesboro, Georgia on December 29, 1976 but was raised in Spotsylvania, Virginia. He attended the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. In 2006, he starred in low-budget comedy The Foot Fist Way, which he co-wrote with frequent collaborators Jody Hill and Ben Best.
Career: McBride's big break came in 2009 when he wrote and starred in HBO comedy series Eastbound & Down as Kenny Powers, a former major league baseball pitcher with anger management issues. It ran for four seasons, clocking up 29 episodes. His film credits include Superbad (2007), Pineapple Express (2008), Due Date (2010) and This Is the End (2013). He has also voiced characters in Despicable Me (2010) and Kung Fu Panda 2 (2011).

Early-life: Alexander Rae Baldwin III was born in Amityville, Long Island, New York, on April 3, 1958. He is from a large family, which includes his actor brothers William, Stephen and Daniel, and two sisters. His father was a teacher, his mother a housewife. Alec attended George Washington University and majored in political science, originally intending to be a lawyer. However, after graduating, he auditioned for a place on New York University's drama programme as a dare. He was accepted, and hasn't looked back.
Career: Alongside theatre roles, Baldwin's early career included parts in TV series The Doctors, Cutter to Houston and Knots Landing. His first film was Forever, Lulu in 1987. A year later he starred in Beetlejuice (1988), and had smaller roles in Married to the Mob (1988), Working Girl (1988), Talk Radio (1988), and She's Having a Baby (1988).
