Keira Knightley (Actor) .. Jane

Best Known For: The Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy.

Early-life: Born Kiera Christina Knightley in Teddington, Middlesex, on March 26, 1985, she is the daughter of TV actor Will Knightley and playwright Sharman Macdonald. Her mother also trod the boards, but a mixture of severe stage fright and the responsibilities of looking after Keira and her elder brother Caleb ended her acting aspirations. At the age of three, after watching both her parents receive calls from their agents, Keira demanded one of her own. She persisted for three years until her mother relented.

Career: By the age of seven, Knightley had made her TV debut in the drama Royal Celebration, but during the 1990s, she was only allowed to act during the summer holidays. Her first high-profile role was playing Natalie Portman's handmaiden in Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, but it was Bend It Like Beckham that proved to be her breakthrough. In the same year, she appeared in a mini-series version of Doctor Zhivago, and in 2003 featured in Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl, and Love Actually. Subsequent films have included King Arthur, Pride and Prejudice (for which she was Oscar-nominated), two of the Pirates of the Caribbean sequels, Atonement, The Duchess, Never Let Me Go, Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit, Begin Again, and Say When.

Trivia: Knightley was nominated for an Olivier award for her performance in The Misanthrope at the Comedy Theatre.

Helen Mirren (Actor) .. Margaret

Born: July 26, 1945 in London

Best Known For: Playing the Queen.

Early-life: Born Ilyena Lydia Mironoff on July 26, 1945, in Chiswick, London. She has an older sister and a younger brother. Her father was a member of an aristocratic Russian military family forced to move to the UK by the 1917 Revolution. At six, Mirren decided she wanted to be an actress, but on leaving school went to teacher training college to keep her parents happy. She eventually ditched her studies in favour of the stage, and made an immediate impact playing Cleopatra in a 1965 production for the National Youth Theatre.

Career: Mirren was snapped-up by the Royal Shakespeare Company and tackled numerous classical parts. She's continued to appear on stage throughout her career, alongside TV and film roles. Her most famous TV role is Jane Tennison in police drama Prime Suspect. Her first movie was Herostratus in 1967. More famous parts came in Caligula, The Long Good Friday, Excalibur, The Mosquito Coast, Calendar Girls and Elizabeth I. In 2003 she was made a Dame and three years later won an Oscar for The Queen. She's also been nominated for The Madness of King George, Gosford Park and Hitchcock. Other big-screen outings include State of Play, The Last Station, The Tempest, Brighton Rock, Red and the remake of Arthur.

Trivia: Mirren claims to love camping, and even went on a trip with her ex-boyfriend, Liam Neeson, while they were still an item.

Luke Wilson (Actor) .. Burke Linz

Born: September 21, 1971 in Dallas, Texas

Best Known For: Being the younger brother of Owen Wilson.

Early-life: Luke Cunningham Wilson was born in Dallas, Texas, on September 21, 1971 to Robert and Laura. He is the younger brother of actors Andrew and Owen. Luke's interest in acting took hold while a student at Occidental College in Los Angeles. Alongside Owen, Luke made his acting debut in short film Bottle Rocket (1994). Two years later, the 13-minute short became a full-length film under the same title and it united all three Wilson brothers. The full-length version was also Wes Anderson's directorial debut.

Career: After moving to Hollywood with Owen and Andrew, Wilson landed a role in Telling Lies in America (1997). In the same year, he also made a cameo appearance in Scream 2. He went on to star in the comedies Best Men (1997), Bongwater (1997) and Home Fries (1998) before teaming up again with Wes Anderson for Rushmore (1998). He worked with Anderson again in 2001, playing Richie in The Royal Tennebaums. Other credits include Charlie's Angels (2000) and its sequel Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle (2003), Old School (2003), Legally Blonde 2, Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy (2004), Idiocracy (2006) and Vacancy (2007). From 2011 to 2013, he starred in HBO comedy drama Enlightened.

Jim Sturgess (Actor) .. Jared

Born: May 16, 1978 in London

Best Known For: Across the Universe and One Day.

Early-life: James Anthony Sturgess was born in London on May 16, 1978, but grew up in Farnham, Surrey. His first taste of acting came at the age of eight when he auditioned for a local theatre group. His main interest, however, was music and he started his first band when he was 15. He went on to study media performance at Salford University and it was here that he began to seriously consider acting as a career. He began making short films and wrote and performed a one-man show, which led to him being signed by an agent.

Career: Sturgess moved to London in 2000 and joined the band Called Saint Faith. He took small acting roles to fund his musical adventures. His big break came in 2007 when he won a leading role in Julie Taymor's musical film Across the Universe. He followed this with parts in The Other Boleyn Girl (2008), 21 (2008), Crossing Over (2009), Heartless (2009) and The Way Back (2010). His breakthrough came in 2011 when he starred alongside Anne Hathaway in One Day. His recent work includes Cloud Atlas (2012) and Upside Down (2013).

Quote: 'British actors come at acting from a slightly different angle.'

Trivia: He voiced an owl in Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole (2010).

Mickey Rourke (Actor) .. Jim

Born: September 16, 1952 in Schenectady, New York

Best Known For: Nine 1/2 Weeks and The Wrestler.

Early-life: Philip Andre Rourke Jr was born in Schenectady, New York, on September 16, 1952 to Annette and Philip Sr. After his parents divorced and his mother remarried, Mickey was brought up in Florida. He took up boxing at an early age and won his first bout at the age of 12. Between 1964 and 1973, had an amateur boxing record of 27 wins and three defeats. After temporarily giving up boxing, Mickey landed a role in a play and got bitten by the acting bug. He borrowed $400 from his sister and went to New York, where he took private lessons with Actors Studio teacher Sandra Seacat.

Career: After minor roles in Steven Spielberg's film 1941 (1979) and a number of TV movies, Rourke first made an impact as an actor in Body Heat (1981). He went on to star in Diner (1982), Rumble Fish (1983), Nine ½ Weeks (1986), Angel Heart (1987) and Wild Orchid (1989). After falling out of favour in Hollywood, he became a professional boxer in 1991at the age of 39 and retired undefeated after eight fights in 1995. He went back to acting but starred in a number of largely forgettable movies. He returned to the spotlight in 2008 when he won a Golden Globe for his role in The Wrestler. Since then, he has appeared in Iron Man 2 (2010) and The Expendables (2010).

Trivia: Rourke is a motorcycle enthusiast.

Dianna Agron (Director)

Born: April 30, 1986 in Savannah, Georgia

Best Known For: Glee.

Early-life: Dianna Elise Agron was born in Savannah, Georgia, on April 30, 1986 to Mary and Ronald. She has a younger brother, Jason. She was raised in San Antonio and San Francisco, due to her father's career as a general manager for Hyatt. Dianna enjoyed dancing from an early age and appeared in a number of local musical theatre productions when she was younger.

Career: Agron made her professional acting debut in the 2006 TV movie After Midnight: Life Behind Bars. Minor roles followed in CSI: NY, Drake & Josh, Shark and Veronica Mars. She featured as a mean cheerleader in five episodes of Heroes in the second season. Her big break came in 2009 when she was cast as Quinn Fabray in Glee. Her film credits include The Romantics (2010), I Am Number Four (2011), Glee: The 3D Concert Movie (2011) and The Family (2013).

Quote: 'Having a dance background, I became used to rejection at an early age. Dance is very competitive, especially for a sensitive person like me. But I realised it's better not to take it so seriously.'

Trivia: Agron has appeared on the front covers of a number of fashion, lifestyle and entertainment magazines, including Elle, Teen Vogue and Cosmopolitan.
