Career: Elliott made his film debut in Dear Mr Prohack (1949) and went on to play a wide range of parts, usually in a supporting role. He won Bafta TV awards for BBC2 Playhouse (1974), Tales of the Unexpected (1979) and Blade on the Feather (1980). For his work on the big screen, he won Bafta film awards for Trading Places (1983), A Private Function (1985), A Room with a View (1985) and Defence of the Realm (1986). Other notable credits included the films Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981) and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), and the TV miniseries Codename: Kyril (1988) and Bangkok Hilton (1989). He died at his home in Spain on October 6, 1992 at the age of 70.

Career: Walters' first acting job was at Liverpool's Everyman Theatre, where she caught the eye of playwright Alan Bleasdale - the beginning of many collaborations. She appeared in his first stage success, Scully, in 1974, and in Boys from the Blackstuff in 1980, a year after making her TV debut in Victoria Wood's Talent. Career: Massey's first roles came on the stage in the early 1950s. Her film debut was in Ford's Gideon's Way in 1958. Among her most famous movies were Peeping Tom, Frenzy, The Vault of Horror, Another Country, The Tall Guy and The Importance of Being Earnest. She won a Bafta for her role in 1986 TV movie Hotel du Lac. Other small-screen credits include Tales of the Unexpected, A Tale of Two Cities and He Knew He Was Right. She died on July 3, 2011, at the age of 73.

Career: Although Chancellor's first love is the stage, she has extensive film and TV credits to her name. She appeared in Inspector Morse, Poirot and Comedy Playhouse before her big break came in 1994 playing 'Duckface', Hugh Grant's largely hated bride-to-be in Four Weddings and a Funeral. Since then she has had small-screen success in Kavanagh QC and Tipping the Velvet, and appeared in such big-budget outings as A Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Agent Cody Banks 2, Breaking and Entering and St Trinian's. She also had a regular role in Spooks.
