Jesse Adam Eisenberg was born in Queens, New York, on October 5, 1983. His mother is a professional clown and his father ran a hospital before becoming a college professor. Jesse began acting in plays from the age of 10 and his first professional role was in an off-Broadway production of The Gathering. His first TV role came in 1999 with Get Real and he was in his senior year of high school when he landed his first film role, in Roger Dodger (2002).
Career:
His big break came in 2009 when he starred alongside Woody Harrelson in the surprise hit Zombieland. In the same year he starred in Adventureland, and twelve months later he played Facebook creator Mark Zuckerberg in The Social Network, a role which earned him Academy Award and Golden Globe nominations. Since then he has lent his voice to Rio (2011) and its 2014 sequel and starred in To Rome With Love (2012), Now You See Me (2013) and The Double (2014).

Anne Jacqueline Hathaway was born in Brooklyn, New York, on November 12, 1982. Her father is a lawyer and her mother is in actress. Anne has two brothers. Her family moved to New Jersey when she was six. She participated in a number of plays at school and went on to study at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie before transferring to New York University's Gallatin School of Individualized Study. She also studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and was the first teenager admitted into The Barrow Group Theater Company's acting programme.
Career:
At the age of 16, Hathaway was cast in short-lived TV series Get Real. Her big-screen debut came in The Other Side of Heaven. In the same year she beat 500 other girls to land a role alongside Julie Andrews in Disney's The Princess Diaries. The film was a huge success and the family films Nicholas Nickleby, Ella Enchanted and The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement followed before she started taking on more mature roles. The first of these was gritty drama Havoc. Since then, Hathaway has starred in a number of box-office hits, including Brokeback Mountain, The Devil Wears Prada, Becoming Jane, Rachel Getting Married, Alice in Wonderland, Love & Other Drugs, The Dark Knight Rises and Les Miserables, a role that secured her a Best Supporting Actress Oscar.

Born Eric Marlon Bishop on December 13, 1967, in Terrell, Texas. His parents' marriage broke up and he was adopted by his grandparents when he was seven months old. He was raised in a strict household, was a member of the church choir and scouts, and had piano lessons from the age of five. He went on to win a classical piano scholarship at the International University in San Diego.
Career:
Encouraged by a girlfriend, he made his stage debut as a stand-up comic in 1989. Foxx changed his name to something androgynous after learning that women were first on the bill at open-mic nights in comedy clubs. By 1991 he was a star in the US thanks to TV show In Living Color. His first film was 1992's Toys. Since then he's had his own, self-titled show, and featured in movies The Truth About Cats and Dogs, Any Given Sunday, Ali and Collateral. His leading role in Ray Charles biopic Ray propelled him onto Hollywood's A-list. He's also released several albums, and collaborated with Kanye West on hit single Gold Digger.

Born Andrés Arturo Garcia Menéndez in Havana, Cuba, on April 12, 1956, his family was relatively affluent. When he was five years old, Fidel Castro came to power, and the family fled to Miami Beach. Forced to work menial jobs for a while, the family started a fragrance company that was eventually worth more than a million dollars. Although a talented sportsman, as a teenager Andy turned his attention to acting. He first began acting at Florida International University, but soon he was headed out to Hollywood. His first break came as a gang member on the very first episode of the popular TV series Hill Street Blues.
Career:
Garcia's breakthrough role came in The Untouchables (1987) and notable roles followed in Black Rain (1989), Internal Affairs (1990) and The Godfather: Part III (1990). By now, many believed he was of Italian descent. As a leading man, he has starred in such films as Jennifer 8 (1992) and Accidental Hero (1992). He won rave reviews for his role as Meg Ryan's husband in When a Man Loves a Woman (1994) and gave another charismatic gangster turn in Things to Do in Denver When You're Dead (1995). More recent hits include the Ocean's movies.
