Joel Dommett (Host)
Jonathan Ross (Panellist)
Best Known For: His cheeky celebrity interviews.
Early-life: Jonathan Stephen Ross was born on November 17, 1960, in Camden, London. He is one of six children born to a lorry driver and his film extra wife (Martha Ross had a bit part in EastEnders for over 20 years). Jonathan appeared in TV ads as a child, but after completing a degree in modern European history at the University of London, he began his TV career as a researcher on such shows as Loose Talk and Soul Train.
Career: In 1987, Ross and his friend Alan Marke devised a format inspired by Late Night with David Letterman, and after struggling to find a suitable host, Ross stepped in. The resulting show, The Last Resort with Jonathan Ross, made him a star. Other major projects include his chat shows Friday Night with Jonathan Ross and The Jonathan Ross Show, and his stint as the reviewer of the BBC's Film programme. He's also a massive comic book fan; his first foray into the genre, Turf, was published in 2010. But he's also hit the headlines for various controversies over the years, including the notorious Sachsgate, which involved a prank call made by him and Russell Brand to actor Andrew Sachs in 2008.
Quote: "People like coming on my show because they know they'll have fun and they know I'm going to be respectful to them. I'm never, you know, mean-spirited."
Trivia: He's been married to screenwriter and author Jane Goldman since 1988. They have three children.
Davina McCall (Panellist)
Born: October 16, 1967 in London
Best Known For: Hosting Big Brother.
Early-life: Davina Lucy Pascale McCall was born in London on October 16, 1967, to Florence and Andrew. At the age of three, Davina went to live with her grandparents in Surrey after the break-up of her parents' marriage. She moved in with her father and his new wife in London when she was 13.
Career: Davina started out as a singer (her demo was produced by Eric Clapton) and worked for the Models One agency before securing a presenter's job on Ray Cokes' Most Wanted on MTV Europe. ITV's middle-of-the-night series God's Gift led to the higher profile Streetmate, Don't Try This at Home and Popstars: The Rivals, although she tasted failure with her sitcom Sam's Game, series He's Having a Baby, and her self-titled BBC chat show. She's also fronted Love on a Saturday Night and co-hosted both Sport Relief and Comic Relief. Big Brother remains her biggest hit (she quit after 11 series as host in 2010), but has another hit on her hands with The Million Pound Drop. In August 2013, she began presenting ITV's dancing reality series Stepping Out, and in January 2014 began co-hosting Channel 4 reality series The Jump alongside Alex Brooker. The following month she ran, swam and cycled her way across the UK for Sport Relief.
Quote: "I've been on telly for 20 years, and I've done some awful TV."
Trivia: Davina performed in a band at school called Foghorn. She has released several workout DVDs.
Rita Ora (Panellist)
Born: November 26, 1990 in Pristina, Yugoslavia (now Kosovo)
Best Known For: Being a singer-songwriter.
Early-life: Born Rita Sahatciu in Pristina, Yugoslavia (now Kosovo) on November 26, 1990 to psychiatrist Vera and pub owner Besnik. She has an older sister, Elena, and a younger brother, Don. Her father later added Ora to the family surname so it could be easily pronounced. Her family moved to London when she was a year old. She began singing at an early age and graduated from the Sylvia Young Theatre School. Her first music credit came on a 2007 Craig David track called Awkward. In 2009, she was signed by Jay-Z's record label Roc Nation.
Career: Ora featured on DJ Fresh's chart-topping song Hot Right Now in February 2012. In the same year, her own first two solo singles, RIP and How We Do (Party), reached number one in the UK, and her self-titled debut album repeated the feat. She's continued to score hits, and in February 2015, she performed the song Grateful, which appears in the film Beyond the Lights, at the 87th Academy Awards. Away from singing, Ora has also appeared in the films Spivs (2004), Fast & Furious 6 (2013) and Fifty Shades of Grey (2015). Earlier this year, she became a coach on the talent show The Voice UK, and more recently took up a place on the X Factor judging panel.
Quote: "You have to make yourself unforgettable."
Trivia: In 2015, she was named as an honorary ambassador for the Republic of Kosovo.
Mo Gilligan (Panellist)
Leona Lewis (Panellist)
Born: April 03, 1985 in London
Best Known For: Becoming a singer after winning the third series of The X Factor.
Early-life: Leona Louise Lewis was born in London on April 3, 1985, to Aural Josiah `Joe" Lewis, a youth offending officer and DJ, and Maria Lewis, a social worker and former ballet teacher. Leona has an older half-brother, Bradley, and a younger brother, Kyle. She went on to attend the Sylvia Young Theatre School and the Italia Conti Academy as well as other academies to pursue her singing ambitions. She wrote her first song at the age of 12. She initially trained in opera before eventually moving into popular and contemporary music.
Career: At the age of 17, Lewis decided to leave the BRIT school in order to pursue a career in music. She had begun to write and record her own material, working as a waitress in Pizza Hut to fund her sessions. Aged 18, she landed a lead role in The Lion King in Paris but she had to turn down the part because of a back injury. Lewis later recorded a demo album called Twilight and worked hard to secure a record deal but she never managed to land a contract. As a last ditch effort, she auditioned for the third series of The X Factor, which she won, receiving a £1million contract with Syco Music, Simon Cowell's record label. Her winner's single broke a world record after being digitally downloaded more than 50,000 times in 30 minutes and her debut album, Spirit, entered the UK and Irish charts at number one. Lewis continues to record albums and she sold more than 20 million records worldwide.
Quote: "I think it's always important to be vigilant of what you're doing and aware of your surroundings."
Trivia: Lewis has a fear of spiders.
