Early-life: Born on November 13, 1969, in Glasgow, he's the youngest of three children. His parents divorced when he was young, and he had little contact with his father until he was 16, when they became close; Gerard was devastated when his dad died of cancer six years later. He attended the University of Glasgow, where he studied law, eventually becoming president of the school's Law Society. He also spent a year living in California. Gerard landed a trainee lawyer's position at an Edinburgh law firm, but was fired a week before gaining his qualifications.
Career: Butler's first role of note was in a stage production of Coriolanus directed by Steven Berkoff. After playing the character of Renton in the stage adaptation of Trainspotting, he made his big-screen debut in Mrs Brown. Small roles in James Bond outing Tomorrow Never Dies and Tale of the Mummy followed. His sensuous turn as Dracula in Wes Craven's horror caught the eye, and he's been busy ever since. Among his biggest projects since are the lead role in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Phantom of the Opera, 300, RocknRolla, PS I Love You and Law Abiding Citizen. Butler is clearly a man who likes to keep busy - he usually has lots of films in various stages of production.

Trivia: Butler is a big fan of Celtic FC and owns a stake in the Jamaica Tallawahs cricket team.
Aaron Eckhart (Actor) .. Benjamin Asher

Best Known For: Playing Harvey Dent in The Dark Knight.
Early-life: Aaron Edward Eckhart was born in Cupertino, California, on March 12, 1968 to Mary and James. He has two brothers. During his childhood, his family had spells living in England and Australia. In 1988, Aaron returned to the United States and attended Brigham Young University-Hawaii before transferring to Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. After graduating, he moved to New York and made ends meet in a variety of jobs before he began landing roles in commercials.
Career: Eckhart made his film debut in 1997 in an adaptation of Neil LaBute's stage play In the Company of Men. The following year, he starred in LaBute's Your Friends & Neighbors. He reached a wider audience in 2000 playing a ponytailed biker in Erin Brockovich. Eckhart went on to star in Nurse Betty (2000), The Pledge (2001), Possession (2002), Thank You for Smoking (2005) and The Wicker Man (2006) before landing the role of Harvey Dent in the hugely popular The Dark Knight (2008). Since then, Eckhart has starred in such films as Rabbit Hole (2010), Battle Los Angeles (2011), Olympus Has Fallen (2013), I, Frankenstein (2014) and London Has Fallen (2016).

Morgan Freeman (Actor) .. Allan Trumbull
Born: June 01, 1937 in Memphis, Tennessee
Best Known For: That trademark voice.
Early-life: Born Morgan Porterfield Freeman on June 1, 1937, the son of a cleaner and a barber in Memphis, Tennessee. Freeman has three older siblings and was partly raised by his paternal grandmother. He was bitten by the acting bug at eight when he starred in a school play. At 12 he won a state-wide drama competition. Morgan turned down the chance to study drama at university to join the US Air Force. He left after four years and began concentrating on an acting career, starting out on stage in the early 1960s.
Career: Freeman's first credited big-screen appearance was in 1971's Who Says I Can't Ride a Rainbow?, before he landed a regular role on children's show The Electric Company. In the mid-1980s, Freeman started getting more prominent roles in movies. Among his biggest hits have been Driving Miss Daisy, The Shawshank Redemption, Se7en, Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, Glory, Amistad, Deep Impact and Bruce Almighty. He is also an in-demand voice-over artist, lending his dulcet tones to sci-fi blockbuster War of the Worlds and the Oscar-winning documentary March of the Penguins. Freeman received an Academy Award of his own for his supporting role in Clint Eastwood's Million Dollar Baby. A prolific actor, he has more recently appeared in Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy and always has several films in pre-production.

Angela Bassett (Actor) .. Lynne Jacobs

Best Known For: Playing African-American icons.
Early-life: Although born in Harlem, New York on August 16, 1958, Angela Evelyn Bassett relocated to Florida as a child with her sister and social worker mother. She attended Yale University, where she graduated with a degree in African-American studies, before achieving a Master of Fine Arts degree in 1983.
Career: Following stints as a receptionist and photo researcher, Angela began looking for acting work in New York and one of her first appearances came in 1985 when she appeared in JE Franklin's Black Girl at Second Stage Theatre. In the same year, she made her TV debut as a prostitute in Doubletake and then gained recognition for her role in Boyz n the Hood. This was followed by starring roles in The Jacksons: An American Dream and What's Love Got to Do with It, for which she won a Golden Globe. She has worked steadily ever since, including roles in Alias and ER. More recently, she has appeared in Green Lantern, This Means War and Olympus Has Fallen.

Robert Forster (Actor) .. Gen Edward Clegg
Born: July 13, 1941 in Rochester, New York, United States
Best Known For: Playing Max Cherry in Jackie Brown (1997).
Early-life: Robert Wallace Forster Jr was born on July 13, 1941 in Rochester, New York, United States. He attended the University of Rochester, where he starred in various student drama performances. Although he originally intended to study law, Robert decided to become an actor instead.
Career: Early in his career, Forster had supporting roles in Reflections in a Golden Eye (1967) and The Stalking Moon (1968) and he starred in Medium Cool (1969). He had lead roles in TV shows Banyon and Nakia and supporting roles in action and horror films, including Disney's The Black Hole (1979). Forster starred in such cult B-movies as Alligator (1980), Vigilante (1983), The Delta Force (1986) and The Banker (1989). After reaching a period where it seemed his career had died, Quentin Tarantino's Jackie Brown (1997) revived it. Among the films he has appeared in since are Me, Myself and Irene (2000), Mulholland Drive (2001), Like Mike (2002) and Lucky Number Slevin (2006). Forster has also appeared in such TV shows as Heroes and Breaking Bad.

Early-life: Radha Rani Amber Indigo Ananda Mitchell was born in Melbourne on November 12, 1973. She made her acting debut in 1989, in Australian TV series Sugar and Spice. She went on to appear in other Australian TV shows, including All Together Now, Blue Heelers and Neighbours.
Career: Mitchell made her film debut in low-budget Australian movie Love and Other Catastrophes (1996). Her first lead role came in High Art (1998). Her other film credits include Pitch Black (2000), Dead Heat (2002), Phone Booth (2002) and Man on Fire (2004). She was nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award for her performance in Finding Neverland (2004). The following year, she had a lead role in Woody Allen's Melinda and Melinda (2005). She has also starred in Silent Hill (2006), Henry Poole Is Here (2007), Surrogates (2009), The Crazies (2010), Olympus Has Fallen (2012) and Evidence (2013). In 2013, she had a lead role in short-lived TV drama Red Widow.

Best Known For: Homicide: Life on the Street and The Fighter (2010).
Early-life: Melissa Chessington Leo was born in New York on September 14, 1960 to Peggy and Arnold. She made her acting debut in 1984 in the soap All My Children, for which she won a Daytime Emmy Award.
Career: Leo went on to make guest appearances in a number of popular TV shows, including The Equalizer, Miami Vice, The Young Riders, Veronica Mars, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and Law & Order. She had recurring roles on Homicide: Life on the Street, Mildred Pierce and Treme. Her film credits include 21 Grams (2003), Frozen River (2008), The Fighter (2010), Prisoners (2013), Oblivion (2013), The Angriest Man in Brooklyn (2014) and The Equalizer (2014). She won an Academy Award for her role in The Fighter.
